网络舆论监督视阈下的大学生道德教育研究

【摘要】:近年来,人们利用网络这个“第四媒体”开展了轰轰烈烈的网络舆论监督活动,在对公民权利的维护、违法犯罪活动的监督、国家政府的建言献策、民族情感的呼唤以及促进和谐社会的构建等方面收到了极好的效果。在道德方面,公众利用网络舆论监督从对“范跑跑”、“李刚门”、“小悦悦事件”等有违道德行为的无情谴责到对“最美教师”、“最美司机”、“最美妈妈”的致敬与赞扬,都显示了网民在追求公平正义和呼唤道德良知方面取得的巨大成果。大学生是网络最广泛的使用群体,又是网络舆论监督参与的主力军,他们有极强的参与欲望,愿意以微薄之力影响自己和他人乃至整个社会的道德成长。面对网络舆论监督这种新的社会监督力量的到来,,高校应理性地看到其挑战性,视其为新机遇。在新的德育条件下不宜采用“堵”的方式,而是要因材施教,抓住这个新机会,使其成为大学生道德教育的鲜活教材。不仅重视网络舆论监督对大学生道德成长的影响,同时施以正面的引导,教给学生厘清网络舆论是非真假的方法以及如何客观、正确发表自己看法与主张的技巧,这样大学生就可以在甄别道德现象,参与社会道德管理中培养自身道德能力,提高自身道德水准。
[Abstract]:In recent years, people use the network "4th media" to carry out the vigorous network public opinion supervision activities, in the protection of civil rights, the supervision of illegal and criminal activities, the national government advice. The call of national emotion and the construction of a harmonious society have received excellent results. In the moral aspect, the public use the network public opinion to supervise from "Fan running", "Li Gang Men". The merciless condemnation of "the Xiaoyueyue incident" and other unethical acts has led to the salutation and praise of "the most beautiful teacher", "the most beautiful driver" and "the most beautiful mother". The college students are the most widely used group on the network and the main force of the supervision of public opinion on the network. They have a strong desire to participate, willing to influence themselves and others and even the moral growth of the whole society with a modest force. Colleges and universities should rationally see its challenge and regard it as a new opportunity. Under the new condition of moral education, it is not appropriate to adopt the method of "blocking", but to teach students according to their aptitude and seize this new opportunity. Make it become the fresh teaching material of college students' moral education, not only pay attention to the influence of network public opinion supervision on the moral growth of college students, but also give positive guidance. Teach students to clarify the network public opinion right and wrong methods and how to objective, correct expression of their views and ideas skills, so that college students can identify moral phenomena. Take part in social moral management to cultivate their own moral ability and improve their own moral standards.
