人力资本理论视角下的高校教师专业发展研究

【摘要】:教师是学校教育的核心,人们对高质量的教育充满希望和期待,而高质量的教育依赖于高水平的教师。一个高水平的教师应该是具有专业发展意识、发展追求、发展能力和发展行动的人。所以,归根结底,教师专业发展已经成为提高教育质量的关键。 教师人力资本是教师作为个体自身蕴藏在体内的知识和能力存量,通过后天培养而进一步形成的健康状况、知识能力和价值观念的总和。高等教育发展的实践表明,合理地开发教师人力资本,充分发挥教师自身的积极性和开创性,不断提高高校教师人力资本的存量和质量,是进一步提高高校的核心竞争力的根本之策,,因此,我们有必要从内外两个方面加强人力资本理论对教师专业发展促进的研究。 本文阐述了教师人力资本的本质与特征及其与教师专业发展的关系,分析了高校教师专业发展的历史、现状及存在的主要问题,并从加强一般人力资本及专业人力资本两个方面提出了加快教师专业发展的对策建议。 全文共分为四章:第一章为导论,主要涵盖选题缘由、相关文献综述包括:从教师专业发展、高校教师专业发展、人力资本理论以及高校教师人力资本理论等四个方面分别对相关研究成果简要归纳,在此基础上提出问题;并对相关概念进行了界定;并介绍本文研究思路与方法及论文的创新之处。 第二章为教师人力资本理论与教师专业发展的关系,该部分首先阐述人力资本理论的历史演化及对人力资本理论内涵的界定,从人力资本的特性及外延分析其如何影响着教育的质量,进而分析总结出教师人力资本对于教师专业发展的意义。 第三章主要对高校教师专业发展作简单要回顾,从东西方两个角度阐述教师专业化发展的历程及高校教师专业发展的现状,由现状分析到引申出现阶段我国高校教师专业发展存在的问题。 第四章是在前文提出的存在问题之上分析了促进高校教师专业发展的策略,将教师人力资本划分为教师一般人力资本及专业人力资本两个方面,而后从两方面对如何加快教师专业发展提出行之有效的对策
[Abstract]:Teachers are the core of school education, people are full of hope and expectation for high quality education, and high quality education depends on high level teachers. A high level teacher should be professional development consciousness and development pursuit. Therefore, in the final analysis, teacher professional development has become the key to improving the quality of education. Teachers' human capital is a kind of health condition which is further formed by the cultivation of teachers' knowledge and ability, which is contained in the body as an individual. The summation of knowledge ability and value concept. The practice of the development of higher education shows that it is necessary to develop teachers' human capital reasonably and give full play to the enthusiasm and originality of teachers themselves. It is the fundamental strategy to further improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities to improve the stock and quality of teachers' human capital. It is necessary to strengthen the research on the promotion of teachers' professional development by human capital theory from both internal and external aspects. This paper expounds the nature and characteristics of teachers' human capital and its relationship with teachers' professional development, and analyzes the history, present situation and main problems of teachers' professional development in colleges and universities. The author also puts forward some suggestions on how to speed up the professional development of teachers from the aspects of strengthening general human capital and professional human capital. The full text is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, mainly covers the reasons for the topic, related literature review includes: from the professional development of teachers, professional development of teachers in colleges and universities. The theory of human capital and the theory of university teachers' human capital are summarized briefly on the basis of which the problems are raised. The related concepts are defined. And introduces the research ideas and methods of this paper and the innovation of the paper. The second chapter is the relationship between teachers' human capital theory and teachers' professional development. This part first expounds the historical evolution of human capital theory and the definition of the connotation of human capital theory. This paper analyzes how human capital affects the quality of education from its characteristics and denotation, and sums up the significance of teachers' human capital for teachers' professional development. The third chapter mainly reviews the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities, and expounds the course of teachers' professional development and the current situation of teachers' professional development from the perspectives of East and West. From the present situation to the extended stage, there are some problems in the professional development of college teachers in our country. Chapter 4th analyzes the strategies to promote the professional development of university teachers on the basis of the existing problems, and divides the teachers' human capital into two aspects: general human capital and professional human capital. Then it puts forward some effective countermeasures on how to speed up the professional development of teachers from two aspects.
