【摘要】：基于投入产出的视角,科研项目的投入与科研成果的产出将成为高校科研团队绩效评价指标体系的重要内容。目前我国并没有一个完善的基于投入产出视角的高校科研团队绩效评价指标体系,但当前国内并不乏相关资料研究。本文主要是从当前我国高校科研团队绩效评价指标体系的构建原则,讨论在投入产出的视角下如何构建我国高校科研团队绩效评价指标体系方法。
[Abstract]:Based on an input-output perspective. The input of scientific research projects and the output of scientific research results will become an important content of the performance evaluation index system of scientific research teams in colleges and universities. At present, there is not a perfect index of performance evaluation of scientific research teams in colleges and universities based on the perspective of input and output. Standard system. However, there is no lack of relevant materials in China. This paper is mainly based on the construction principles of the performance evaluation index system of scientific research teams in colleges and universities in China. This paper discusses how to construct the performance evaluation index system of scientific research team in colleges and universities from the perspective of input and output.
