高职校德育课过程性评价研究

【摘要】：长期以来，终结性评价方式是我国高职校德育课教学评价的主要方式，在一定程度上对传递德育知识，测量和评价学生对知识的掌握、运用情况等起到了积极的作用。但随着世界多极化、经济全球化的深入发展，经济增长方式的加快转变，原有的终结性评价越来越不能满足素质教育和时代发展的要求，开展德育课程改革、改进评价方式迫在眉睫。本文总结了高职校德育课过程性评价在提升学生学习德育知识的兴趣、提高学生口头表达能力的水平、提高学生与他人合作的能力、提高学生的自信心、培养学生良好的学习习惯等方面的重要意义。结合笔者所在的学校，就高职校德育课过程性评价的评价内容、评价主体、评价方式等实施方法进行了较为系统的研究。并围绕如何进一步提升过程性评价的科学性、提升教师素养以及如何建立有利于开展过程性评价的激励机制等进行了思考，为更加有效地推进德育课过程性评价提供参考。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the summative evaluation method is the main way of teaching evaluation of moral education in higher vocational schools in our country. To a certain extent, it measures and evaluates the students' mastery of moral education knowledge. Application of the situation has played a positive role, but with the multi-polarization of the world, the in-depth development of economic globalization, the accelerated transformation of the mode of economic growth. The original summative evaluation is more and more unable to meet the requirements of quality education and the development of the times, and carry out the moral education curriculum reform. It is urgent to improve the evaluation method. This paper summarizes the process evaluation of moral education in higher vocational schools in order to enhance students' interest in moral education knowledge, improve students' oral expression ability, and improve students' ability to cooperate with others. Improve students' self-confidence, cultivate students' good study habits and other important significance. Combined with the author's school, the evaluation content of the process evaluation of moral education in higher vocational schools, the evaluation of the main body. Evaluation methods and other implementation methods of a more systematic study, and around how to further improve the scientific nature of process evaluation. How to improve teachers' literacy and how to establish an incentive mechanism conducive to carrying out the process evaluation are considered, which provides a reference for the more effective promotion of the process evaluation of moral education.
