中外高校学生事务管理模式比较研究

【摘要】：学生事务管理工作是高校管理工作的重要组成部分。在高等教育大众化、经济信息全球化、高校学生多元化、评价体系国际化的今天,我国高等学校培养出的人才在国际上的竞争力还不占优势,这与我国正处于探索阶段的学生事务管理工作水平息息相关。中国的高等教育不仅要培养人才,还要培养有国际适应性、竞争力的人才,学生事务管理模式的改革正是中国高等教育改革中必须要面对的重要课题。学生事务管理伴随着高等教育的发展,拥有了更丰富的内涵,更科学的方法,更完善的模式,尤其是在发达国家及地区高校已经逐渐规范化、专业化和制度化,比如美国、英国、德国、日本及香港等国家和地区在高校学生事务管理模式上主要表现为“以人为本、全人教育”的管理理念全面渗透；条状垂直的管理更为高效；丰富全面的管理内容,充分考虑学生需要；营造宿舍文化,扩大育人功能；管理队伍专业化,确保优质的工作水平,这些优秀做法都值得我国借鉴。因此,本文选定以上五个国家和地区作为主要分析对象,通过逐一对中外高校学生事务管理模式的现状进行比较分析,并高度概括五个国家和地区高校学生事务管理模式的共性和优势,进而得出对我国高校学生事务管理模式构建的启示。本文主要研究了我国高校学生事务管理其模式的历史发展轨迹,并从工作理念、组织结构、管理内容和管理队伍角度对国内外高校学生事务管理模式现状进行对比分析,并在此基础上总结了对我国高校学生管理构建的启示,分别为重塑“以人为本”的科学管理理念、逐步实现学生事务垂直化管理、重视培养大学生正确的信仰观、积极建立大学生参与高校管理的新机制、构建我国高校学生事务管理专业化的人员体系。
[Abstract]:The student affairs management is an important part of college management. In the popularization of higher education, economic information globalization, diversified evaluation system of college students, the internationalization of today, China's higher schools to cultivate talents in international competitiveness is not dominant, this and our country is in the stage of exploration of student affairs management the level of higher education are closely related. China should not only cultivate talents, but also cultivate international adaptability, competitive talent, reform of student affairs management is an important topic in the reform of higher education Chinese must face. The student affairs management with the development of higher education, have a richer, more scientific methods, a more perfect model, especially in the developed countries and regions in Colleges and universities has gradually standardized, professional and institutionalized, such as the United States, Britain, Germany, Japan and Hong Hong Kong and other countries and regions in the mode of college student affairs management mainly for "people-oriented, all-round education" concept of full penetration; strip vertical management more efficient management; content rich, fully consider the needs of students; create dormitory culture, expand the function of education; professional management team, to ensure the quality of the work the level of these good practices are worthy of our reference. Therefore, this paper chooses more than five countries and regions as the main analysis object, by status of the management mode of student affairs of colleges and universities at home and abroad were compared and analyzed, and summarizes the commonness and advantages of the management mode of college students affairs in five countries and regions, and then draw on the construction the management mode of student affairs in Colleges and universities of our country enlightenment. This paper mainly studies the historical development of College Student Affairs Management in China and its mode, and from industry As a concept, organization structure, comparative analysis of current situation of the management mode of student affairs in universities at home and abroad on the perspective of management content and management team, and summarized on the basis of the construction of our country's University Students' management implications were reshaping "people-oriented" concept of scientific management, and gradually realize the vertical management of student affairs, pay attention to the training of college students the belief, actively establish a new mechanism for college students to participate in the management of colleges and universities, the construction of university student affairs professional personnel system in China.
