古德莱德教师教育思想探究

【摘要】:约翰·古德莱德是美国当代著名教育家。广博的知识基础和丰富的实践经验使他对教育问题形成了独特的见解,在教师教育方面形成了自己的理论体系。古德莱德的教师教育思想不仅为美国教师教育事业的发展作出了杰出贡献,而且对我国现阶段教师教育的改革发展也具有借鉴和启发意义。本论文在研读前人对古德莱德教育思想研究成果的基础上,着重研究了其教师教育思想。 本文绪论部分主要介绍了本研究的选题缘由、选题意义、国内外对古德莱德教师教育思想的研究成果和现状,并对本文的研究思路、研究方法等作了说明。 本研究正文部分分为四大章节。第一章介绍了古德莱德形成其教师教育思想的影响因素,以及古德莱德教师教育思想的理论基础。在影响因素部分主要分析了古德莱德个人的求学和工作经历,其教育实践活动,以及古德莱德对传统教师教育的批判等。而古德莱德教师教育思想的理论基础有三:改造主义哲学、杜威实用主义教育哲学、古德莱德的学校生态学理论,文中分别作了论述。 第二章探讨了古德莱德教师教育思想的基本主张,包括古德莱德的教学观、教师观、优质教师教育的必备条件、教师教育新模式等。古德莱德认为教学既是一门技艺,,也是一种专门职业,且对教师应具备的素质、教师应做的工作等都提出了自己的主张。古德莱德认为传统的教师教育未能培养出合乎中小学实际需要的教师,因此,他提出了优质教师教育必备的20个基本条件,且为教师教育设计了新的培养方案,包括教师的职前培养与职后发展。 第三章论述了古德莱德更新教师教育的策略与路径。古德莱德认为,发展教师教育的策略是建立大学-中小学合作伙伴关系,实现教师教育与中小学教育的同步更新,其具体措施包括,即建立“全国教育更新网络”、“教育研究所”、“教学中心”。本章最后简要论述了古德莱德改革教师教育思想在新世纪的应用。本章与第二章是本论文的主体部分。 第四章是借鉴与思考,主要论述了古德莱德教师教育思想在实践中出现的问题,以及古德莱德教师教育思想对我国教师教育发展的启示等。 最后是结语部分。
[Abstract]:John Goodluck is a famous American educator of contemporary age. His extensive knowledge base and rich practical experience gave him a unique view on the issue of education. In the field of teacher education, Goodluck's ideas on teacher education not only contributed to the development of American teacher education, but also made great contributions to the development of teacher education in the United States. Moreover, it is of great significance to the reform and development of teacher education in our country at present. On the basis of studying the achievements of the predecessors' research on Goodred's educational thought, this paper focuses on the teacher's educational thought. The introduction of this paper mainly introduces the reason of this study, the significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research results and current situation of Goodluck's teacher education thought, and the research ideas and research methods of this paper. The main body of this study is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the influence factors of Goodluck's teacher education thought. As well as the theoretical basis of Goodluck's teacher education thought. In the part of influencing factors, the author mainly analyzes the individual study and work experience, its educational practice, There are three theoretical bases: reformist philosophy, Dewey's pragmatism educational philosophy, Goodluck's school ecology theory and so on. The second chapter discusses the basic ideas of Goodluck's teacher education, including Goodluck's teaching concept, teachers' view, the essential conditions of high quality teacher education, the new mode of teacher education, etc. It is also a specialized profession, and has put forward its own opinions on the qualities teachers should possess and the work teachers should do. Goodred believes that traditional teacher education fails to produce teachers who meet the actual needs of primary and secondary schools, so, He put forward 20 basic conditions of high quality teacher education, and designed a new training scheme for teacher education, including pre-service training and post-service development of teachers. The third chapter discusses the strategy and path of updating teacher education in Goodred. According to Goodred, the strategy to develop teacher education is to establish a partnership between university and primary and secondary schools, and to realize the simultaneous renewal of teacher education and primary and secondary education. The concrete measures include the establishment of "National Education Renewal Network", "Educational Research Institute" and "Teaching Center". At the end of this chapter, the author briefly discusses the application of Goodred's idea of reforming teacher education in the new century. This chapter and the second chapter are the main part of this paper. Chapter 4th is for reference and reflection, mainly discusses the problems in the practice of Goodred's teacher education thought, and the enlightenment of Goodred's teacher education thought to the development of our country's teacher education and so on. The last part is the conclusion.
