高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的长效机制建设探析

【摘要】：社会主义核心价值观是强国之基、兴国之魂,是大学生的共有精神家园,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观事关国家的前途命运和大学生的成长发展。高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观应在直面挑战中系统思考长效机制的构建。工作理念上应注重凝练人才培养特质,着力培育学生终身受用的"精气神";路径举措上应注重顶层设计,强化全员育人,使学生通过各类平台和实践载体自主性学习和主动性成才;成效检验上应逐步探索大数据、长时间轴分析,夯实学科和学理支撑,回应国家战略需求和高校办学使命。从工作理念、路径举措和成效检验,各个环节有机结合,形成社会主义核心价值观教育长效机制的基本框架。
[Abstract]:The core values of socialism are the foundation of a strong country, the soul of rejuvenating the country, and the common spiritual home of college students. The cultivation and practice of socialist core values have a bearing on the future of the country and the growth and development of college students. The cultivation and practice of socialist core values in colleges and universities should systematically consider the construction of long-term effective mechanism in the face of challenges. Ideologically, we should pay attention to the training of talents, Efforts should be made to cultivate the "essence and spirit" of lifelong use by students; in the path measures, attention should be paid to the top-level design, and the whole staff should be strengthened to educate people, so that students can learn autonomously and become active talents through all kinds of platforms and practical carriers; and big data should be gradually explored in the field of effectiveness testing. Long time axis analysis, tamping discipline and academic support, responding to the national strategic demand and the mission of running a university. Form the basic frame of the long effect mechanism of socialist core value education.
