当前高等教育国际化战略的路径及其启示——马里兰大学国际化发展规划的提出与阐读

【摘要】：马里兰大学以建设世界一流的公立研究型大学作为战略目标,制定了以国际化发展为着眼点的发展战略,通过实施全方位的国际化战略举措,使得学校在短短25年时间完成了从单一的农学院到综合性研究型大学,从州立的公立大学到国际知名及一流大学的成功转型与嬗变。本文着眼于马里兰大学在教育教学、师资建设以及科学研究规划中的国际化要素,从人才培养、学术活动、合作交流和管理评估的国际化等方面梳理学校在国际化目标下的实施路径,并总结出马里兰大学在建设世界一流大学进程中的经验和有益启示。马里兰大学"多维度"、"深层次"的国际化发展是国际知名及一流研究型大学国际化路径的成功案例,其成功经验可以为我们国际化发展提供可借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:The University of Maryland, taking the construction of world-class public research universities as its strategic goal, has formulated a development strategy that focuses on the development of internationalization, and through the implementation of comprehensive international strategic measures, In 25 years, the university has completed the successful transformation and transformation from a single agricultural college to a comprehensive research university, from a public university in the state to a world-renowned and first-rate university. Teachers' construction and internationalization elements in scientific research planning, such as talent training, academic activities, cooperation and exchange, internationalization of management evaluation and so on, sort out the implementation path of the school under the internationalization goal. It also summarizes the experience and beneficial enlightenment of the University of Maryland in the process of building world-class universities. The "multi-dimensional" and "deep" internationalization development of the University of Maryland is a successful case of the internationalization path of internationally renowned and first-class research universities. Its successful experience can be used for reference for our international development.
