高校学生干部人格魅力研究

【摘要】:当前,随着学生自身主体独立性的增强,高校学生干部的人格随着在他们身上表现出的尊、自强和自立精神也更加凸显,而且,在平时的工作、生活和学习过程中,也表现出更为明显、更加强烈的个性的张扬和强烈的成就感。但是,由于受社会、学校、家庭和学生自身的主客观因素的影响,学生干部的人格现状的不足也越来越明显。现代管理科学理论认为,一个优秀的管理者实现其组织管理必须要依靠两个影响力,一是来自于职位权力赋予的强制性影响力;二是来自自身品德、才学、业绩等因素培养过程中形成的,使被管理者自愿接受其影响的非强制影响力,也就是我们通常所说的人格魅力。学生干部在班级、社团作为一个“领导者”,如何实现领导,一方面,,也要靠所谓的“职位”富有的强制性权力,如对某个班级、社团可以借助相关规定来表现自已在学生中的威望和影响力,但这种威望往往是带有一定的强制性,是一种比较稳定的力量。实践工作中证明,学生干部的影响力,最主要的还是来自于非强制性影响力,也就是以自身高尚的道德品质和情操,在长期的服务活动中形成和发展的独特的人格魅力,特别是在当今以人为本、和谐发展的形势下,这种魅力体现的更加明显。而且,这种非强制性影响力,是一个变量,它会因人而异,会因时而变,最终决定一个学生干部的综合素质。通过问卷调查表明:选择“干练、沉着冷静是学生干部的典型人格特质”的占80.2%;选择“责任心强、能力过硬是学生干部的权威人格特质”的占95.64%;选择“亲和力是学生干部优良人格特质的魅力所在”的占98.66%。可见,在高校,提升学生干部的核心能力,还是应加强学生人格魅力的培养。
[Abstract]:At present, with the enhancement of the independence of students themselves, the personality of college student cadres becomes more prominent with respect, self-improvement and self-reliance. Moreover, in the course of working, living and studying in peacetime, But because of the subjective and objective factors of society, school, family and students themselves, The deficiency of student cadres' personality is becoming more and more obvious. Modern management science theory holds that an excellent manager must rely on two influences to realize his organization management, one is from the mandatory influence given by the position power; The other is the non-compulsory influence that comes from the process of cultivating their own moral character, talent, performance, and so on, so that the manager voluntarily accepts its influence, which is what we usually call personality charm. Student cadres are in the class. As a "leader", how to achieve leadership depends on the compulsory power of the so-called "position". For example, in a certain class, the association can express its prestige and influence among the students with the help of relevant regulations. However, this prestige is often mandatory and a relatively stable force. In practice, it has been proved that the most important source of influence of student cadres is non-coercive influence. That is, with their own noble moral quality and sentiment, the unique personality charm formed and developed in the long-term service activities, especially in the current situation of people-oriented and harmonious development, this charm is more obvious. This kind of non-mandatory influence is a variable, it will vary from person to person, will change from time to time, and ultimately determine the comprehensive quality of a student cadre. Calm and calm is the typical personality trait of student cadres. The proportion of students who choose "strong sense of responsibility and excellent ability is the authoritative personality trait of student cadres" is 95.640.The proportion of choosing "affinity is the charm of student cadres' excellent personality trait" is 98.666.It can be seen that, In colleges and universities, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of students' personality charm in order to enhance the core competence of student cadres.
