高校思想政治教育理论在内蒙古师范大学青年政治学院中的应用研究

【摘要】：高校思想政治教育历来是高校教育与教学工作的重要组成部分，它对于积蓄力量、凝聚人心、稳定局势、都起到了重要的作用。在当今经济全球化、信息爆炸的新时期，科技发展日新月异、综合国力蒸蒸日上，与此同时，世界多极化格局的形成、国际竞争加剧都给现阶段各高校思想政治教育的开展带来了巨大的机遇与挑战。高校思想政治教育是社会主义大学，尤其是对于内蒙古青年政治学院这样的团干部培训基地更是占据主导地位，高校思想政治教育的成果，关系着人才培养的质量，直接或者间接关系着和谐社会发展问题。但作为贯彻传统思想政治教育方法的高校，内蒙古青年政治学院的思政工作与现代社会发展差距的不断扩大，使其思想政治教育成果虽然有了一定的基础和成绩，，但是不足之处也显而易见，因此其结合新时期、新形势下的高校思想政治教育理论的全面改进工作就势在必行了。内蒙古自治区团校是我国少数民族地区建立起的第一所团属院校，2002年5月，在内蒙古自治区团委、内蒙古师范大学的共同努力下，经内蒙古自治区人民政府批准，在自治区团校基础上组建了内蒙古师范大学青年政治学院。学院不断深化教育教学改革，以科学发展观为指导，加强贯彻党的教育方针，积极落实民族政策，以邓小平理论及“三个代表”重要思想为理论武器。青年政治学院作为团干部教育培训工作和学历教育的车之两轮、鸟之双翼，放在同等重要的地位来加以推进。所以，将新时期、新形势下的高校思想政治教育理论应用到青年政治学院就显得意义非凡。理论上强有力的支持，是将学历教育和思想政治教育有效结合的有力保障，本文旨在通过对思想政治教育理论相关文献的检索，结合现阶段内蒙古青年政治学院思想政治工作存在的局限与不足之处，对学院在下一步思想政治工作的改进、体系构建方面提出有建设性的建议。

But as the implementation of the traditional methods of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, the Inner Mongolia Youth Political College The ideological and political work and the development of modern society, the expansion of the gap between the ideological and political education achievements even though there is a certain basis and performance, but also obviously deficiencies, so the combination of the new period, the comprehensive improvement in the theory of Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities under the new situation are imperative.
