我国就业能力的研究热点及其解析

【摘要】：深入考察我国就业能力的研究热点及其相互关系,并阐述其社会经济学含义,才能为该领域的深入探索,即由经验研究走向科学验证提供更为有效的支持和证明。基于共词分析法的探讨结果表明:我国就业能力研究主要围绕着高等教育、高职教育、教学改革和就业指导展开;在知识经济的驱动下,"能力型"社会在我国已经初见端倪,就业能力成为新一轮人力资源升级换代的核心要素。为了顺应这一变化,高等教育必须调整人才培养逻辑,高职教育必须加快升级换代,同时应当将职业生涯指导贯穿于人才培养的全过程,为整个社会经济的进一步深入发展提供有效的人力资源支持。
[Abstract]:Only by deeply investigating the research hotspots and their interrelationships of employability in China, and expounding the meaning of social economics, can we make a deep exploration in this field. That is, from empirical research to scientific verification to provide more effective support and proof. The research results based on coterm analysis show that: the study of employability in China mainly revolves around higher education, higher vocational education, teaching reform and employment guidance; Driven by the knowledge economy, the "ability type" society has begun to emerge in our country, and the employment ability has become the core element of the new round of human resources upgrading. In order to adapt to this change, higher education must adjust the logic of talent training. Higher vocational education must speed up upgrading and upgrading, at the same time, career guidance should be run through the whole process of talent training, and provide effective human resources support for the further development of the whole society and economy.
