【摘要】："少数民族高层次骨干人才计划"高等教育政策根源于民族地区高等教育资源占有的有限性与民族地区对人才需求的无限性的矛盾。"少数民族高层次骨干人才计划"政策在理论预设、实施过程以及实施结果方面陷入了伦理困境。对"民族计划"政策存在的伦理困境进行理论层面的透视,可以在困境中推进"民族计划"政策的发展走向。
[Abstract]:"The contradiction between infinite demand for talent of minority high level talents plan" of higher education policy is rooted in the higher education resources in ethnic regions and minority areas. The possession of "minority high level talents plan" policy in the theory of presupposition, implementation process and the implementation of the results into an ethical dilemma. The existence of the ethical dilemma the "national plan" policy perspective theory, the development trend of promoting "national plan" policy in distress.
