试论协同创新背景下高校绩效评估目标

【摘要】:正为了进一步实施好本科教学工程,高校绩效评估将从传统的单一评估模式走向加强院校自我评估、院校分类评估、专业认证评估、国际评估和广泛的社会监督等多元化的评估模式。在这样的时代背景下,高校绩效实现也必将从院校孤军奋战走向政府、社会、市场和高校自身的全面协同发展的道路。这是坚持高等教育内涵式发展环境下的巨大改变,这一改变将迎来新的院校发展景象,最终不断促进高等教育质量的提升。由于评估模式和环境的改变,亟待需要对新时期的高校绩效评估目标进行探讨,才能够更好地实现评估的目的。因此,在协同创新背景下讨论高校绩效评估目标问题,具有重要的现实意义和价值。
[Abstract]:In order to further implement the undergraduate teaching project, the performance evaluation of colleges and universities will move from the traditional single evaluation mode to the strengthening of self-evaluation, classification evaluation and professional certification evaluation. Under the background of this era, the achievement of college performance is bound to go from college to government, society, and so on, such as international evaluation and extensive social supervision. The road of comprehensive and coordinated development between the market and the universities themselves. This is a huge change under the environment of insistent development of higher education, which will usher in a new development scene of colleges and universities. Finally, the quality of higher education will be promoted continuously. Because of the change of evaluation mode and environment, it is urgent to discuss the objectives of performance evaluation in colleges and universities in the new period in order to achieve the purpose of evaluation better. It is of great practical significance and value to discuss the objectives of performance evaluation in colleges and universities under the background of collaborative innovation.
