江西蓝天学院核心竞争力研究

【摘要】：我国民办高等教育起步于20世纪80年代,改革开放以来随着我国市场经济体制的不断完善和教育体制改革的不断深入,经过20余年的发展,我国的民办高等教育从无到有,从小到大,不仅在学校数量上、办学规模层次上有了长足的发展,并涌现了一批办学理念先进、社会声誉良好、办学条件优异,综合实力较强,教育教学质量较高,具有探索和创新精神的比较优秀的民办高校。江西蓝天学院就是其中之一。本文以江西蓝天学院作为研究对象,通过实地考察调研、访谈了解江西蓝天学院办学现状,基于五力模型对江西蓝天学院所处的江西民办高等教育行业进行分析,并通过SWOT模型分析江西蓝天学院优势、劣势、机会和威胁。本文立足于核心竞争力理论,探讨民办高校核心竞争力的概念和内涵特征,尝试构建由四层次构成要素决定的民办高校核心竞争力生成模型,根据民办高校核心竞争力内涵建立评价指标体系,用DEA方法对江西蓝天学院的核心竞争力进行评价,并总结出江西蓝天学院成功的原因,最后,分析江西蓝天学院存在问题和不足,提出了构建严格有效的质量保障机制,加强师资队伍建设,加强学科与专业建设,培育优秀校园文化四条提升其核心竞争力的建议。希望这些建议对其他民办高校也具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Private higher education in our country started in 1980s. Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous improvement of market economic system and the deepening of educational system reform, after more than 20 years of development, private higher education in our country has started from scratch. From small to large, not only in the number of schools, school scale level has made great progress, and emerged a number of advanced ideas, social reputation, excellent conditions, comprehensive strength, higher quality of education and teaching. With the spirit of exploration and innovation of the more outstanding private colleges and universities, Jiangxi Blue Sky College is one of them. This paper takes Jiangxi Blue Sky Institute as the research object, through field investigation and investigation, interviews to understand the current situation of Jiangxi Blue Sky College, based on the five forces model of Jiangxi private higher education industry analysis, And through the SWOT model to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Jiangxi Blue Sky College. Based on the core competitiveness theory, this paper discusses the concept and connotation of the core competitiveness of private colleges and universities. This paper attempts to build a model of the core competence of private colleges and universities, which is determined by four levels of elements, establishes an evaluation index system according to the connotation of the core competence of private colleges and universities, and evaluates the core competence of Jiangxi Blue Sky University by using DEA method. Finally, the paper analyzes the problems and shortcomings of Jiangxi Blue Sky Institute, and puts forward the construction of strict and effective quality assurance mechanism, strengthening the construction of teachers, and strengthening the discipline and professional construction. Four suggestions for cultivating excellent campus culture to enhance their core competitiveness. I hope these suggestions can also be used for reference by other private colleges and universities.
