博士生延期毕业的现状、原因及对策建议——以北京大学延期博士生情况调查为例

【摘要】：基于2011年对北京大学延期毕业博士生开展的调查,研究博士生延期毕业现象。通过对博士生延期状况和主要原因的分析,探讨了博士生延期现象的本质,进而提出对策建议,以促进博士生完成其培养环节,提高人才培养效率和资源利用率,实现学校有限的教学、科研资源的合理配置。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation of the late doctoral graduates of Peking University in 2011, this paper studies the phenomenon of doctoral delayed graduation. Through the analysis of the status and main reasons of the delay, this paper probes into the essence of the phenomenon, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. In order to promote doctoral students to complete their training process, to improve the efficiency of talent training and resource utilization, to achieve the school limited teaching, scientific research resources reasonable allocation.
