高校思想政治教育与心理健康教育契合问题研究

【摘要】：现阶段,随着社会的不断变革和发展,高校大学生正面临着价值取向多元化,文化内容多样化,就业压力与日俱增等多个方面的问题和挑战,学生心理健康状况出现了严重的问题。因此,我们要加强对学生心理教育,从思想上改变学生错误的意识倾向,关心和重视大学生心理需求,努力培养学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,拥有正确的人生方向。但当前我国高校思想政治教育课多数以单纯灌输理论为主,没有真正满足学生的成长需求,最基本的心理教育也徒有形式,缺乏有针对性和可行性的教育体系,无法为学生的全面发展提供自我发展的良好平台。因此,必须重视思想政治教育工作中心理教育的重要性,将两者有效的结合成为一个整体,这是当前我国高校思想政治教育需要解决的重要问题。如何形成一套行之有效的适合当代大学生全面发展的新的教育体制是当前高校思想政治教育研究的重点内容。本文首先从我国高校思想政治教育与心理教育发展现状着手,通过分析和研究挖掘两者有效结合的契合点,建立思想政治教育与心理教育有效结合的规范化、系统性教育体系。本文认为,只有将两者有效的结合起来,进行统一的、互补的教育,通过学科融合、学科渗透的方式,把心理健康作为思想政治教育的重点内容,并将其融入到思想教育的每个环节中,同时,以提升学生思想道德水平和实现全面发展为目标,将思想政治教育作为心理健康的引导者,让心理健康教育成为思想政治教育新的教学方式和教育载体,在具体的实践中摸索两者有效结合点,将思想政治教育上层到更高层次,创新传统教育内容和模式,促进高校学生思想政治素养提升的同时,保障学生拥有健全的人格。本文主要研究思想政治教育与心理健康教育以什么样的纽带结合在一起,相互渗透并互为补充展开了一系列的分析和研究。从树立统一的教育目标,明确教育主旨开始,通过教育实践活动创新尝试来促进两者有效的契合。通过从整体上提升团队素养,创新团队整体发展的模式,提高两者作为一个整体发挥作用的契合度。高校中思想政治教育与心理健康教育的有效结合,能够促进大学生身心健康成长,提升学生群体综合素养,为我国培养德、智、体全面发展的社会主义建设人才
