论礼仪文化的隐性社会控制功能及其实现路径

【摘要】：泛法治主义倾向带来的严重社会问题引起东西方社会的深刻反思,法律的显性社会控制功能具有局限性,需要宗教、道德等隐性社会控制形式的弥补。礼仪是道德的精华与核心,礼仪文化是隐性社会控制的最佳载体,是法律显性控制的最佳补充,具有隐性社会控制的重要功能。要通过礼仪文化对个体的浸润和陶冶去夯实实现礼仪文化隐性社会控制功能的基础,通过个体的实践与养成,抓住礼仪文化隐性社会控制功能的关键;通过拓展与提高,把握实现礼仪文化隐性社会控制功能的核心。
[Abstract]:The serious social problems brought about by the tendency of pan-rule of law have caused profound reflection in eastern and western societies. The dominant social control function of law is limited and requires religion. Etiquette is the essence and core of morality, and etiquette culture is the best carrier of hidden social control and the best supplement of legal dominant control. It has the important function of recessive social control. It is necessary to consolidate the foundation of realizing the hidden social control function of etiquette culture by infiltrating and edifying the individual through the practice and cultivation of the individual. Grasp the key of the hidden social control function of etiquette culture and grasp the core of realizing the hidden social control function of etiquette culture through expanding and improving.
