黑龙江省普通高等教育经费问题研究

【摘要】：高等教育是我国教育体系中的重要一环，而教育经费的投入则是高等教育发展的物质基础和先决条件。近年来，，黑龙江省采取了一系列措施发展普通高校教育事业，并取得了显著的成就，实现了改革与发展的历史性跨越，但教育经费也存在着一些问题。本文通过对黑龙江省普通高等教育经费的实证研究，分析了其发展过程中存在的问题，并提出了相应的解决对策。从而促进我省普通高校平稳快速地发展，提高普通高校教育质量，进一步提高我省高等教育的综合水平，培养适应现代社会发展的高素质人才，实现黑龙江省普通高校教育事业的跨越式发展。
[Abstract]:Higher education is the education system of our country is an important part of the education funds is the material basis of the development of higher education and the prerequisite. In recent years, Heilongjiang province has adopted a series of measures for the development of college education, and made remarkable achievements, achieved a historic leap in the reform and development. But education has some problems. Through empirical research on Heilongjiang province higher education funds, analyzes the problems in the development process, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. So as to promote the colleges and universities in our province to steady and rapid development, improve the quality of education in Colleges and universities, to further improve the overall level of higher education the cultivation of high-quality talents to adapt to the development of modern society, to achieve leapfrog development of college education in Heilongjiang province.
