高校科研团队凝聚力影响因素研究

【摘要】:目前,高校科研团队在我国高校人才培养和科学研究过程中扮演着重要角色,是高校教学工作和科研工作顺利进行的重要载体,而高校科研团队的凝聚力是其竞争力和创造力的基础,提高高校科研团队竞争力和创造力必须先提高高校科研团队的凝聚力。但目前对高校科研团队凝聚力相关理论的研究还比较匮乏,尚处于探索阶段。 本文以知识型员工管理理论、团体动力学理论、组织行为学理论作为理论基础,通过文献研究总结优秀高校科研团队特点和高校科研团队凝聚力影响因素列表;结合访谈调研结果完善因素列表并据此设计并实施问卷调查;通过对调查数据的整理分析受访高校科研团队的基本构成情况、凝聚力水平及影响因素实际状况;并使用灰色关联分析法对各影响因素与凝聚力的相关度进行排序从而区分主次影响因素。基于理论研究基础,结合文献调研结果和实证数据分析结果,提出提升高校科研团队凝聚力的六项主要策略和若干辅助策略。本研究的研究结果在高校科研团队人力资源管理方面具有一定理论意义,,对高校科研团队的建设和高效运行也具有一定的现实指导意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the scientific research team of colleges and universities plays an important role in the process of talent training and scientific research in colleges and universities in China, and is an important carrier for the smooth implementation of teaching and scientific research work in colleges and universities. The cohesion of scientific research teams in colleges and universities is the basis of their competitiveness and creativity. To improve the competitiveness and creativity of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, we must first improve the cohesion of scientific research teams in colleges and universities, but at present, the research on the theory of cohesion of scientific research teams in colleges and universities is still relatively scarce and is still in the exploratory stage. Based on the knowledge employee management theory, group dynamics theory and organizational behavior theory, this paper summarizes the characteristics of excellent university scientific research team and the list of factors influencing the cohesion of university scientific research team through literature research. Based on the results of the interview, the author designs and implements a questionnaire survey, analyzes the basic composition of the scientific research team, the level of cohesion and the actual situation of the influencing factors through the collation of the survey data. Grey relational analysis method is used to sort the correlation between the factors and cohesion, so as to distinguish the primary and secondary factors. Based on the theoretical research basis, combined with the results of literature research and empirical data analysis, Six main strategies and several auxiliary strategies to enhance the cohesion of scientific research team in colleges and universities are put forward. The results of this study have certain theoretical significance in human resource management of scientific research team in colleges and universities. It is also of practical significance to the construction and efficient operation of scientific research team in colleges and universities.
