Z大学后勤集团社会化改革下的经营研究

【摘要】:摘要:z大学后勤作为学校教学、科研和师生的生活服务的支撑保障,其服务水平、管理能力已成为高校能否扩大规模,提升质量的一个重要指标。 本文将结构分成六个章节,对Z大学后勤在社会化改革背景下的集团经营发展进行研究。第一章绪论,介绍了本文的研究背景和目的,并通过国内外高校后勤管理的比较分析,总结出我国目前高校后勤经营中值得借鉴的管理启示。第二章理论实践分析,通过对后勤社会化改革的过程和三大矛盾分析,得出后勤经营发展遇到的“瓶颈”,并介绍了制定后勤集团经营策略的理论构建过程。第三章全面分析了Z大学后勤集团的经营现状,并找出Z大学后勤集团遇到了经营发展问题。第四章运用SWOT分析,从Z大学的后勤服务环境分析入手,先后分析了内部人力、物力、经营能力等的优势和劣势以及面对外部环境赋予后勤集团发展的机会和威胁,设计出Z大学后勤集团经营策略和评价体系。第五章以后勤物业实体为例进行了经营管理的应用设计举例论证。第六章介绍了促进后勤集团经营发展的配套政策。 本文的研究重点是:设计出了Z大学后勤集团经营发展目标框架以及根据Z大学后勤市场的需求实施的规模化、低成本、推后勤品牌项目等经营策略。并运用平衡计分卡相关评价指标结合高校后勤的教育特性,设计出了Z大学后勤集团经营管理绩效评标指标体系,充分体现了高校后勤要满足经济利益并兼顾社会效益的发展趋势。并以Z大学后勤物业实体经营发展策略设计为例,进行了实例实践分析。 本文创新之处是:为Z大学的后勤集团设计出了经营发展的目标和策略,同时利用平衡计分卡相关知识创建了后勤集团经营业绩评价体系,使得高校后勤的社会效益和经济效益能够平衡发展。
[Abstract]:As the support and guarantee of teaching, scientific research and the life service of teachers and students, the service level and management ability of the rear service of the University of: z has become an important indicator of whether the university can expand its scale and improve its quality. This paper divides the structure into six chapters and studies the development of group management in the background of socialization reform in the logistics of Z University. Chapter one is introduction, which introduces the research background and purpose of this paper. Through the comparative analysis of logistics management in colleges and universities at home and abroad, the author summarizes the inspiration of management in the logistics management of colleges and universities in our country. Chapter two, theoretical and practical analysis, through the analysis of the process and three contradictions of the reform of logistics socialization, The "bottleneck" encountered in the development of logistics management is obtained, and the theoretical construction process of formulating the management strategy of logistics group is introduced. The third chapter comprehensively analyzes the current management situation of logistics group in Z University. And find out that Z University Logistics Group encountered the problem of business development. Chapter 4th uses SWOT analysis, starting with the analysis of the logistics service environment of Z University, analyzes the internal manpower and material resources successively. The strengths and weaknesses of the business capabilities, and the opportunities and threats to the development of the logistics group in the face of the external environment, This paper designs the management strategy and evaluation system of the logistics group of Z University. Chapter 5th takes the logistics property entity as an example to demonstrate the application design of the management and management. Chapter 6th introduces the supporting policies to promote the development of the logistics group. The research focus of this paper is: design the framework of Z university logistics group management and development goals and implement the scale and low cost according to the demand of Z university logistics market. Using the relevant evaluation index of balanced Scorecard combined with the educational characteristics of university logistics, the paper designs the performance evaluation index system of Z University Logistics Group. This paper fully reflects the development trend of university logistics to satisfy economic interests and social benefits, and takes Z University logistics property entity management and development strategy design as an example to carry out practical analysis. The innovation of this paper is that the objectives and strategies of business development are designed for the logistics group of Z University, and at the same time, the management performance evaluation system of the logistics group is established by using the relevant knowledge of the balanced Scorecard. So that the social and economic benefits of university logistics can be balanced development.
