关于免费定向师范生政策的思考

【摘要】：改革开放30年,教育改革逐步推进。就师范定向生政策20年前后对比分析,我们可以看到其相似特征,都是由政府计划调控,优秀生、贫困生居多等,亦有不同之处,体现在培养目标、模式、生源等方面。当今师范定向生政策,既发挥了积极作用,又存在新问题。这一政策的出台是计划调控与市场调节博弈后的新结果。我们认为,教育领域同样反映着改革累积起来的深层矛盾冲突,因此必须坚持解放思想,深化教育改革。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of reform and opening up to the outside world, the education reform has been pushed forward step by step. From the comparative analysis before and after 20 years of the orientation policy for teachers' colleges, we can see that its similar characteristics are all controlled by the government's plan, excellent students, poor students, and so on, and there are also differences. It is reflected in the cultivation goal, the pattern, the student source and so on. Nowadays, the policy of directed students in normal schools has not only played a positive role, but also has new problems. This policy is a new result after the game between planning, regulation and market regulation. The field of education also reflects the deep contradictions and conflicts accumulated by the reform, so it is necessary to emancipate the mind and deepen the educational reform.
