我国教育政策评价的实践模式及改进路径

【摘要】：针对我国教育的复杂现状,对教育政策实施的效果进行评价变的尤为重要。我国教育政策评价的实践模式分为政府自评价、政府委托评价、媒体评价、独立机构评价、公众评价五种模式。在坚持正式评价、内部评价为主,非正式评价、外部评价为辅,扩大评价范围的基础上,提出我国教育政策评价实践模式的改进路径:加强民众参与、倡导专家立场、坚持依法评价、培养第三方力量。以期提高教育政策评价的质量,改善教育政策品质。
[Abstract]:In view of the complex situation of education in our country, it is particularly important to evaluate the effect of educational policy implementation. The practical mode of educational policy evaluation in China is divided into government self-evaluation, government-commissioned evaluation, media evaluation and independent agency evaluation. On the basis of adhering to formal evaluation, internal evaluation, informal evaluation, external evaluation, and expanding the scope of evaluation, the author puts forward the ways to improve the practical mode of educational policy evaluation in China: strengthening the participation of the people; Advocate the expert position, insist on the evaluation according to law, cultivate the third party strength, in order to improve the quality of the educational policy evaluation and improve the quality of the education policy.
