弗莱雷对话理论视野下高校辅导员角色定位与发展研究

【摘要】:辅导员工作是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,辅导员工作成效的高低关系着高校思想政治工作的成功与否。处在高校思想政治教育工作第一线的辅导员在学生工作中只有明确定位自己的角色,才能做出角色下的正确行为方式,从而有利于高校思想政治教育工作目标的达成。保罗·弗莱雷在其对话理论中不仅阐述了对话的基本概念、要素、品质、关键等所在,同时对教师在对话过程的角色定位进行了一定的表述。辅导员的学生工作与弗莱雷的对话教育之间存在着许多共性,不论是在培养目标还是工作方法上都存在互通之处。因此,本文从弗莱雷的对话理论视角出发研究我国辅导员的角色定位与发展,旨在对我国高校辅导员工作和思想政治教育活动提供借鉴之处。本文主要分为三个部分:第一部分主要阐述弗莱雷的对话教育理论。主要分析了弗莱雷对话的含义、对话的目的、教师的品质以及对话的关键,并归纳了对话教育理论当中教师的五种角色定位——教育者、指导者、学习者、协调者、倾听者,分析总结了对话理论中教师每种角色的具体要求。最后根据弗莱雷对话理论中教师角色定位和要求对我国高校辅导员的角色构建提出了设想:思想政治教育的引导者、学生工作中的指导者、与时俱进的学习者、思想差异的协调者、学生话语的倾听者。第二部分主要是从弗莱雷的对话理论视角对我国辅导员角色定位现状进行分析。这部分主要根据前一部分弗莱雷对话理论的相关阐述设计调查问卷,并对安徽和湖北4所高校的辅导员进行了调查。调查结果主要从认知和行为两方面展开分析,内容包括对话理论之下辅导员的对话意识、品质的认知和履行情况、五种角色的认知和实践程度。结果显示我国高校辅导员在教师品质和教师角色认知上存在相关偏差,进而导致其在品质和角色的实践过程中出现了相关问题。第三部分主要是分析对话理论视野下我国高校辅导员的角色发展。主要结合弗莱雷的对话理论和我国目前辅导员的角色定位现状中存在的问题对我国辅导员的角色发展从认知和行为方面提出了相关期许。通过提供相关的工作培训、举办辅导员技能大赛、开展辅导员经验交流会等途径提升辅导员的对话、角色品质与定位意识。并在日后的工作中深入了解学生兴趣、融入学生的生活世界、构建民主的师生关系、加强自我反思、拓宽自学途径来完善自己的工作。
[Abstract]:The work of counselors is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The effect of counselors' work is related to the success or not of ideological and political work in colleges and universities. The counselors in the front line of ideological and political education work in colleges and universities can only clearly position their own roles in the student work. In order to make the right behavior under the role, which is conducive to the achievement of the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In his dialogue theory, Paul Freire not only describes the basic concepts, elements, qualities, key points of dialogue, etc. At the same time, the role orientation of teachers in the process of dialogue is described. There are many commonalities between the student work of counselors and Freire's dialogue education, both in terms of training objectives and working methods. This paper studies the role orientation and development of counselors in China from the perspective of Freire's dialogue theory. This paper is mainly divided into three parts: the first part mainly expounds Freire's dialogue education theory, mainly analyzes the meaning of Freire dialogue, The purpose of dialogue, the quality of teachers and the key to dialogue are summarized, and the five roles of teachers in the theory of dialogue education are summarized: educators, mentors, learners, coordinators, listeners, and so on. This paper analyzes and summarizes the specific requirements of each teacher's role in the dialogue theory. Finally, according to the orientation and requirements of the teacher's role in Freire's dialogue theory, the author puts forward a tentative plan for the role construction of college counselors in our country: the guide of ideological and political education. The instructor in student work, the learner who keeps pace with the times, the coordinator of difference of thought, The second part is to analyze the status quo of the role orientation of counselors in China from the perspective of Freire's dialogue theory. This part mainly designs a questionnaire according to the related exposition of Freire's dialogue theory. A survey was conducted on the counselors in four universities in Anhui and Hubei. The results of the investigation were mainly from the aspects of cognition and behavior, including the dialogue consciousness, the cognition and the performance of the quality of the counselors under the dialogue theory. The results show that there are some relative deviations between teachers' quality and teachers' role cognition in college counselors in our country. The third part mainly analyzes the role development of college counselors in our country from the perspective of dialogue theory. It mainly combines Freire's dialogue theory with our country's aim. The problems existing in the status quo of the role orientation of former counselors put forward related expectations for the development of the role of counselors in China from the aspects of cognition and behavior. Hold counselors skill contest, exchange experiences of counselors and other ways to enhance the counselors' dialogue, role quality and orientation consciousness. In the future work, we will deeply understand students' interests and integrate into the students' life world. Build democratic teacher-student relationship, strengthen self-reflection, widen self-study ways to perfect their work.
