基于商业智能的高校招生管理决策优化研究

【摘要】:决策在管理中扮演着非常重要的角色,是组织成败的关键,而信息则对制定科学的决策有着不可或缺的支持作用,可以这么说,得信息者得天下。伴随着随着移动互联网、云计算、大数据等信息技术的广泛应用,越来越多的国内外企业已经认识到挖掘数据背后的价值对于优化企业决策的重要意义,但是国内高校在这方面的认识还停留在初级阶段,不利于科学决策的制定和高校长远的发展。高校招生远程网上录取已经连续开展了十几年,各大高校也积累了海量的历史招生数据,并且每年也会对这些数据进行分析总结归纳。但作为一名一线的招生录取工作者,本人认为目前对于这些数据的利用还停留在较为粗浅的状态,有很多有价值的信息和规律还隐藏在这浩瀚的数据库中亟待发现。随着高考招生的不断改革,每年的报考人数也呈逐年下降趋势,如何适应社会和时代的发展,在变化中保持自己的特色,同时又能紧紧抓住优质生源,在激烈的竞争中屹立不倒,服务于学校长足的发展定位,是每一所国内一流院校都要思索的问题。本人认为其中的关键所在是利用先进的信息技术从决策制定的各个层次来优化招生管理,使大量的历史招生数据总结成有价值的决策规律为高校招生服务。本文将商业智能技术应用到了国内高校招生决策管理优化中来,该项技术目前在该领域的运用还相对较少。并将高校招生决策与现代决策管理理论相融合,分析了商业智能技术能对高校招生的战略战术决策、群体决策和非确定型决策起到不同程度的优化。根据国内高校招生管理的现实情况,构建了基于BI的综合招生决策支持系统,整合了DSS、GDSS和IDSS的优点,利用BI对招生决策的整个过程体系实现优化,同时扩展了战略战术规划、预测预警分析、人才选拔管理和不确定竞争分析等模块。通过数据挖掘,进一步归纳大量数据背后隐藏的模式和未来发展的趋势,提升了高校招生管理对非确定型决策问题的分析手段和把握准度。BI为高校招生管理决策提供具有实践和指导意义的优化支持,将进一步推动高校实现招生决策管理的信息化、科学化和智能化。
[Abstract]:Decision making plays a very important role in management and is the key to the success or failure of an organization, and information plays an indispensable role in making scientific decisions. With the wide application of cloud computing, big data and other information technologies, more and more enterprises at home and abroad have realized the importance of mining the value behind the data for optimizing enterprise decision-making. However, the understanding of domestic colleges and universities in this respect is still at a preliminary stage, which is not conducive to the formulation of scientific decisions and the long-term development of colleges and universities. The remote online admission of university students has been carried out for more than ten years. Colleges and universities have also accumulated vast amounts of historical enrollment data, which are analyzed and summarized every year. But as a front-line admissions worker, I think at present the utilization of these data is still in a relatively shallow state, and there are many valuable information and rules hidden in this vast database that need to be found urgently. With the reform of college entrance examination enrollment, The number of applicants each year is also declining year by year. How to adapt to the development of society and the times, maintain their own characteristics in the changes, at the same time, can tightly grasp the source of high-quality students, stand firm in the fierce competition, Serving for the rapid development of schools is a problem that every first-class university in China should consider. I think the key lies in optimizing enrollment management from all levels of decision-making by using advanced information technology. So that a large number of historical enrollment data can be summarized as valuable decision-making rules to serve the enrollment of colleges and universities. This paper applies business intelligence technology to the optimization of enrollment decision management in domestic colleges and universities. The application of this technology in this field is relatively few at present. Combining the decision making of college enrollment with the theory of modern decision management, this paper analyzes the strategic and tactical decision that business intelligence technology can make on college enrollment. Group decision making and uncertain decision making are optimized in different degrees. According to the reality of enrollment management in domestic universities, a comprehensive enrollment decision support system based on BI is constructed, which integrates the advantages of DSS GDSs and IDSS. Using BI to optimize the whole process system of enrollment decision, at the same time expanding the modules of strategic and tactical planning, prediction and early warning analysis, talent selection management and uncertain competition analysis, etc. Through data mining, To further summarize the hidden patterns and future trends behind the large amount of data, It improves the analysis means of college enrollment management to the uncertain decision making problem and provides practical and guiding support for college enrollment management decision making by grasping the degree of accuracy. It will further promote the informatization of enrollment decision management in colleges and universities. Scientific and intelligent.
