论孔子仁学思想对高校思想政治教育的价值

【摘要】:西方文化思潮伴随着经济全球化和科学技术,潮水般涌进中国,开阔了国人的眼界,但其中的一些不良文化也侵蚀着当代高校大学生的思想,亟需高校思想政治教育充分发挥思想启发、引导、纠正的作用。然而,目前我国高校思想政治教育存在教育内容单一、教育方法僵化的弊端,很大程度上不能起到应有的作用。孔子仁学思想是孔子哲学思想的核心,经历数千年历史积淀和传承,构成了中华民族不可或缺的文化环境和精神支柱,广泛影响着当下人们的思想和行为。基于此,本文对孔子仁学思想对高校思想政治教育的当代价值进行较为深入的研究,以求为当代高校思想政治教育的发展有所裨益。 本文简要勾勒出孔子仁学思想的全貌,较为全面剖析了孔子仁学思想的内容。同时认真分析了我国高校思想政治教育的现状特别是存在的问题,并通过对比高校思想政治教育和孔子仁学思想的特点探寻二者的契合点,从而使孔子仁学思想对高校思想政治教育的意义得以凸显。在此基础上,我们对如何利用孔子仁学思想改进高校思想政治教育,使其实现其真正的价值进行了探讨。 全文分为五个部分: 第一部分是前言,介绍了本文的选题背景、研究意义、本论题国内外研究现状、研究方法、重难点、创新点等内容。 第二部分是孔子仁学思想的科学内涵,包括其核心思想、重要的原则和方法及其教育理念。 第三部分是分析孔子仁学思想与高校思想政治教育的契合,包括目前高校思想政治教育存在的问题及其孔子仁学思想与高校思想政治教育在目标上的共性。 第四部分是分析孔子仁学思想对高校思想政治教育在内容、方法、环境、教育者、教育对象等方面的价值。 第五部分是在孔子仁学思想的基础上提出改进当前高校思想政治教育的方法建议:一是以德才兼备为原则,树立全面发展的教育目标,二是打开和谐新视角,促进思想政治教育内容丰富,三是践行孔子“为仁由己”教育理念,提升思想政治教育效能,四是多管齐下,打造良好的思想政治教育环境。
[Abstract]:Along with economic globalization and science and technology, Western cultural trends have flooded into China and broadened the people's horizons, but some of these unhealthy cultures have also eroded the thinking of contemporary college students. There is an urgent need for ideological and political education in colleges and universities to give full play to the role of ideological inspiration, guidance and correction. However, at present, ideological and political education in colleges and universities in China has the drawbacks of being single in content and rigid in educational methods. Confucius' benevolence thought is the core of Confucius' philosophy, and has accumulated and passed on through thousands of years of history, forming the indispensable cultural environment and spiritual pillar of the Chinese nation. Based on this, this paper makes a deep research on the contemporary value of Confucius' benevolence to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities in order to benefit the development of ideological and political education in contemporary colleges and universities. This paper gives a brief outline of Confucius' benevolence thought, analyzes the content of Confucius' benevolence thought, and analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, especially the existing problems. By comparing the characteristics of ideological and political education in colleges and universities with the characteristics of Confucius' benevolence thought, this paper explores the joint points between the two, so as to highlight the significance of Confucius' benevolence thought to ideological and political education in colleges and universities. We discuss how to improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities by using Confucius' benevolence thought to realize its real value. The full text is divided into five parts:. The first part is the preface, which introduces the background, significance, research status, research methods, difficulties, innovation and so on. The second part is the scientific connotation of Confucius' benevolence thought, including its core thought, important principle and method and educational idea. The third part is to analyze the consonance between Confucius' benevolence thought and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, including the problems existing in ideological and political education in colleges and universities at present and the commonness between Confucius' benevolence thought and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The 4th part analyzes the value of Confucius' benevolence to the ideological and political education in the aspects of content, method, environment, educator, object of education and so on. On the basis of Confucius' benevolence thought, the 5th part puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities: first, to set up the educational goal of all-round development based on the principle of both morality and talent, and secondly, to open up a new perspective of harmony. Promoting ideological and political education is rich in content, third, practicing Confucius' educational concept of "being benevolent by oneself" and improving the efficiency of ideological and political education, and fourth, setting up a good environment for ideological and political education in a multi-pronged manner.
