人的全面发展视域下高等教育入学机会公平性研究

【摘要】:“人的全面发展”是马克思主义理论精髓,也是我国制定科学教育方针的理论依据。教育公平是社会公平的重要组成部分,是实现人的全面发展的客观要求。现阶段要保证高等教育公平,首要任务和现实的选择是促进高等教育入学机会公平,大力促进高等教育起点的公平。 文章从人的全面发展理论视角入手对我国高等教育入学机会问题进行研究。分为四大部分,第一部分主要概括了选题的目的意义思路方法及国内外学者的研究现状;第二部分探讨了人的全面发展与高等教育入学机会之间的联系,首先论述了该理论的形成和发展过程,并阐述了该理论的科学内涵。其次研究了高等教育入学机会与人的全面发展之间的密切关系,强调高等教育入学机会公平是实现人的全面发展的基础保障,人的全面发展是高等教育入学机会公平的现实出发点和根本目标;第三部分对我国高等教育入学机会公平问题进行具体分析,高等教育入学机会不公平的表现主要体现为城乡之间、地区之间、性别之间和阶层之间的差别上。城乡之间、地区之间的发展不平衡直接导致高等教育入学机会不均等,后从教育制度方面分析了造成入学机会不公平的原因。第四部分在总结国内外研究成果的基础上提出作者的观点,将国外的教育理念运用到我国的实践中,从制度层面出发,对促进我国高等教育入学机会公平提出一些对策,对和谐社会背景下高等教育入学机会公平的若干问题和影响因素逐一分析,找出导致高等教育入学机会差异的深层原因,进而提出相关对策,旨在为解决高等教育入学机会不公平问题提供思考。
[Abstract]:"the all-round development of human beings" is the essence of Marxist theory and the theoretical basis of formulating scientific educational policy in China. Education fairness is an important part of social equity. In order to ensure the fairness of higher education, the most important task and realistic choice is to promote the fairness of access to higher education and to promote the fairness of the starting point of higher education. From the perspective of the theory of human comprehensive development, this paper studies the access to higher education in China. It is divided into four parts. The first part mainly summarizes the purpose, meaning, thinking and methods of selecting the topic and the current research situation of scholars at home and abroad. The second part discusses the relationship between the overall development of human beings and the opportunities of higher education. Firstly, it discusses the formation and development of the theory. The scientific connotation of the theory is expounded. Secondly, the close relationship between the opportunity of higher education admission and the overall development of human beings is studied, emphasizing that the fair access to higher education is the basic guarantee to realize the all-round development of human beings. The overall development of human beings is the realistic starting point and fundamental goal of the fair access to higher education. The unfair entrance opportunities of higher education are mainly reflected in the differences between urban and rural areas, between regions, between sexes and among strata. The imbalance of development between urban and rural areas leads directly to the unequal access to higher education. The fourth part puts forward the author's point of view on the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research results, applies the foreign educational concept to the practice of our country, and starts from the system level. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the fairness of higher education entrance opportunity in our country, analyzes several problems and influencing factors of higher education entrance opportunity equity under the background of harmonious society, and finds out the deep reasons leading to the difference of higher education entrance opportunity. And then put forward the relevant countermeasures, in order to solve the problem of unfair access to higher education.
