地方高师院校高师生培养的利益相关者及其互动关系分析

【摘要】:地方高师院校具有服务于农村基础教育的社会责任,并以高师生的培养为主要实现途径,在高师院校转型发展时期,地方高师院校的可持续发展与高师生的培养都需探索新的途径。 本研究在地方高师院校高师生培养研究中,引入利益相关者理论,在利益相关者视角审视下发现,高师生的培养关乎各利益相关者利益诉求的实现,并受各利益相关者的影响。 论文在具体分析高师生的培养定位与培养模式的基础上,甄别出地方高师院校培养高师生的主要利益相关者为高师生、教师及管理者、农村中小学校、地方政府及教育管理部门,深入探究各利益相关者的具体利益诉求,以及他们之间既统一又冲突的互动关系,寻求在统一的基础上,化解冲突,提出既有利于高师生培养,又能保证各利益相关者利益诉求,实现双边共赢的地方高师院校培养高师生的策略。 研究发现,各利益相关者在高师生培养过程中具有不同的利益诉求,各种利益诉求统一于地方高师院校的稳定持续发展之中。本论文重点分析各利益相关者之间的冲突,以“整体融合”为基本思想基础,以“冲突”为突破,站在地方高师院校的立场上提出培养高师生的发展策略:首先需从地方高师院校自身建设出发,完善组织机构,吸引利益相关者参与培养高师生,构建利益相关者参与的多元化治理模式,并以提高利益相关者满意度为依托,结合地方特色,加强地方高师院校的品牌建设,以此拓展资源获取方式,有效整合发展资源;其次需合理回应各利益相关者的利益诉求,在细节处加强与利益相关者的联系沟通,以实现高师生培养与各利益相关者的双边共赢。
[Abstract]:The local normal colleges have the social responsibility to serve the basic education in rural areas, and take the cultivation of teachers and students as the main way to realize, in the period of transformation and development of normal universities, The sustainable development of local teachers colleges and universities and the cultivation of teachers and students all need to explore new ways. This study introduces the theory of stakeholders in the research of the cultivation of teachers and students in local normal universities, and finds out that the cultivation of teachers and students is related to the realization of the interest demands of the stakeholders from the perspective of stakeholders. And affected by various stakeholders. On the basis of analyzing the training orientation and training mode of teachers and students, the main stakeholders of cultivating teachers and students in local normal colleges are teachers and students, teachers and administrators, rural primary and middle schools. The local government and the educational management department deeply explore the specific interest demands of the stakeholders and the interaction between them, seek to resolve the conflict on the basis of unity, and propose that it is beneficial to the cultivation of teachers and students. It can also ensure the interest demands of stakeholders and realize the strategy of cultivating teachers and students in bilateral win-win local normal colleges and universities. It is found that the stakeholders have different interest demands in the process of training teachers and students, and all kinds of interest demands are unified in the stable and sustainable development of local normal colleges. This paper focuses on the analysis of the conflicts among the stakeholders. On the basis of "integration as a whole" and "conflict" as a breakthrough, this paper puts forward the development strategy of cultivating teachers and students from the standpoint of local normal colleges: firstly, it is necessary to perfect the organization from the construction of local normal colleges and universities. To attract stakeholders to participate in the cultivation of teachers and students, to build a diversified governance model of stakeholder participation, and to strengthen the brand construction of local teachers colleges and universities, based on improving the satisfaction of stakeholders, combining with local characteristics. This way to expand the access to resources, effectively integrate development resources; secondly, the need to respond to the interests of stakeholders, in detail to strengthen the communication with stakeholders, In order to achieve the training of teachers and students and the stakeholders of the bilateral win-win.
