研究生社会网络、信息获取与求职结果间关系的实证研究

【摘要】:高校硕士研究生是我国重要的人才集群,在国家的人才计划中占据关键的位置。然而如今,高校硕士毕业生就业情况也不容乐观,就业难已经成为困扰硕士研究生的现实难题,引起了社会各界的普遍关注。而且对于求职者来说,其自身不是一个单独的个体,而是一个被嵌于社会网络中的理性社会人。所以,从这一点来讲,大多数求职者在其自身能力和条件范围之内,往往不能拥有应对纷繁复杂的就业环境所需要的全部信息或资源;求职者必须充分利用其社会网络,及时获取更多有用的关键信息,以促进其求职的顺利实现。 在竞争激烈的就业压力下,如何促进硕士毕业生较为顺利地走向工作岗位,不仅已成为目前我国亟待解决的现实社会问题,也是当前社会学理论和人力资本理论领域重要关注的研究课题。现有有关大学生就业的研究主要集中在三个方面,一是宏观经济方面,试图通过改善劳动力市场和教育体制改革来优化大学生的就业环境;二是微观的人力资本层次,提出人力资本的差异和不足造成了就业难得结果,因此应着重提高其人力资本;三是从社会资本的角度,认为求职者拥有的家庭背景、经济收入以及自身所拥有的其他关系人脉等是影响就业的关键因素。本研究则主要从社会网络关系强度这一角度来探索硕士研究生的求职问题,并加入信息获取这一就业过程中的关键行为特征,分析研究社会网络和求职结果的内在影响机制。 本研究是从硕士研究生的个体层次出发,分析其在求职过中使用的社会网络关系强度、信息获取对求职结果的影响。首先,梳理回顾有关社会网络、信息或资源获取、求职结果的基础理论和文献,以充分了解其内涵和内在逻辑关系,在此基础上提出本文的框架模型和假设;其次,对相关的国内外文献进行总结归纳,明确其维度和测量方法,为下一步研究各变量间的关系做好准备铺垫;再次,,本文在借鉴测量相关变量的量表的基础上进行了必要的修改,形成了本研究的正式问卷,并运用SPSS16.0对回收来的数据进行分析处理,来验证前文提出的假设;最后,根据实证研究结论,本文从两个方面提出了有关研究生就业的建议和启示,并提出了本文的不足和未来研究方向。 通过对问卷回收数据实证研究,本文得出以下结论: 一、硕士研究生求职者与其网络成员的关系强度对其在求职过程中获得的就业机会次数和工作满意度具有正向影响作用。 二、硕士研究生求职者与其网络成员的关系强度对其在求职过程中获取信息的及时程度和准确程度具有正向影响作用。 三、硕士研究生获取信息越及时、准确,其获得的就业机会次数也就越多,满意程度也越高。 四、信息获取的及时程度和准确程度在社会网络关系强度和就业机会次数以及就业满意度之间起到部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:The graduate students in colleges and universities are an important talent group in our country, which occupies a key position in the national talent program. However, nowadays, the employment situation of the graduates of universities and colleges is not optimistic, and the difficulty of obtaining employment has become a practical problem puzzling the graduate students. And for job seekers, it is not a single individual, but a rational social person embedded in the social network. So, from this point of view, Most job seekers, within their capabilities and conditions, often do not have all the information or resources they need to cope with a complex employment environment; job seekers must make full use of their social networks, Timely access to more useful key information to facilitate the smooth implementation of their job search. Under the intense pressure of employment, how to promote the graduates to work smoothly has not only become a real social problem to be solved urgently in our country. It is also an important research topic in the field of sociology theory and human capital theory. The existing research on the employment of college students is mainly focused on three aspects, one is the macroeconomic aspect. This paper attempts to optimize the employment environment of college students by improving the labor market and the reform of the educational system, second, the microcosmic level of human capital, which points out that the difference and insufficiency of human capital cause the difficult result of employment, so it should focus on improving their human capital. Third, from the perspective of social capital, we think that job seekers have a family background. Economic income and other related connections are the key factors that affect employment. This study mainly explores the employment problem of graduate students from the angle of social network relationship intensity. Information acquisition is a key behavioral feature in the process of employment, and the internal influence mechanism of social network and job search results is analyzed and studied. This study is to analyze the strength of social network relationship and the influence of information acquisition on job search results from the individual level of postgraduates. First of all, review the relevant social networks, information or resource acquisition. The basic theory and literature of job search results, in order to fully understand its connotation and internal logical relationship, and then put forward the framework model and hypothesis of this paper. Secondly, summarize and summarize the relevant domestic and foreign literature, clarify its dimensions and measurement methods. For the next step to study the relationship between variables to prepare for the next; again, this paper based on the measurement of relevant variables on the basis of the necessary modifications, formed the formal questionnaire of this study, And using SPSS16.0 to analyze and process the recovered data to verify the hypothesis put forward above. Finally, according to the empirical research conclusions, this paper puts forward the advice and inspiration of graduate employment from two aspects. At the same time, the deficiency of this paper and the direction of future research are put forward. Based on the empirical study of the data collected from the questionnaire, this paper draws the following conclusions:. The results are as follows: 1. The intensity of the relationship between the job seekers and their network members has a positive effect on the number of job opportunities and job satisfaction. Secondly, the intensity of the relationship between graduate candidates and their network members has a positive effect on the degree of timeliness and accuracy of obtaining information in the process of job-hunting. Third, the more timely and accurate the graduate students obtain information, the more employment opportunities they get, and the higher the degree of satisfaction. Fourth, the degree of timeliness and accuracy of information acquisition plays a part of intermediary role between the strength of social network relationship and the number of employment opportunities as well as employment satisfaction.
