高校思想政治理论课“学情分析”研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治理论课发挥着对大学生政治和道德教育的重要作用。现实中,高校思想政治理论课教师对学情的把握仍体现不足,同时,由于教师对掌握学情的方法和能力程度不一,高校思想政治理论课的整体教学效果并不乐观。因此,教师如何“教”的问题仍然是提高高校思想政治理论课教学实效的重中之重。 本文首先从教学目标、课堂有效性及学生主体性作用、教师队伍建设等角度剖析高校思想政治理论课教师“学情分析”的重要性;再从过程复杂性、主体多样性等角度分析了高校思想政治理论课教师“学情分析”的特殊性。并在一定的理论基础下,从对学生学习基础的了解、对学生学习状态的观察和总结、对学生学习结果的评估的角度拟构建高校思想政治理论课教师“学情分析”的一般步骤;其次,为了更全面、真实地了解高校思想政治理论课教师“学情分析”的情况,笔者还对上海大学在内的4所高校思想政治理论课学生进行了问卷调研,并对调研情况进行了详细分析。同时通过实证调研上海大学学生,,依据调研结果作出了初步分析,发现问题所在。最后,本文并针对调研结果和当前现状,得出一定的结论和思考。
[Abstract]:The course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities plays an important role in the political and moral education of college students. In reality, the teachers of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities still have insufficient grasp of the learning situation, and at the same time, Because teachers have different degrees of learning methods and abilities, the overall teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is not optimistic. How teachers "teach" is still the most important issue in improving the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. This paper first analyzes the importance of "learning situation analysis" of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities from the angles of teaching objectives, classroom effectiveness and student subjectivity, and then analyzes the importance of "learning situation analysis" in the ideological and political theory course of colleges and universities from the angles of teaching objectives, classroom effectiveness and. This paper analyzes the particularity of "learning situation analysis" of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities from the angle of diversity of subjects, and on the basis of certain theory, from the understanding of students' learning foundation, the observation and summary of students' learning state. From the point of view of evaluating the students' learning results, this paper intends to construct the general steps of "learning situation analysis" for the teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. Secondly, in order to understand more comprehensively and truly the situation of "learning situation analysis" of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities, The author also makes a questionnaire survey on the students of ideological and political theory courses in four universities, including Shanghai University, and makes a detailed analysis of the investigation. At the same time, through the empirical investigation of Shanghai University students, the author makes a preliminary analysis according to the results of the investigation. Finally, according to the research results and current situation, we draw some conclusions and thinking.
