80后高校辅导员群体专业化现状分析及建设路径研究

【摘要】：我国高校辅导员岗位的设置已经有几十年的历史,深受我国政治经济发展和高等教育发展的影响,至今已成为我国高等教育有别他国高等教育的一个特色。“80后”这一时期的辅导员已经成为当前高校辅导员队伍的主要力量,随着我国高等教育发展的需要,这个群体的专业化建设问题已经成为当前高校思想政治教育工作的主要问题之一。在国际政治经济竞争加剧和国内高校快速发展的大背景下,80后辅导员群体的专业化发展直接关系到高校教育事业当前及今后能够顺利的发展。本研究界定了“80后”、“高校辅导员”、“专业化”几个重要的概念,并深入省内具代表性的几所高校和高职高专院校开展调查。在此基础上,分析当前省内80后辅导员的专业化建设状况,发现存在的问题,分析问题的原因,提出80后辅导员群体专业化建设的路径。
[Abstract]:The establishment of counselors' posts in colleges and universities in our country has a history of several decades and is deeply influenced by the development of political economy and higher education in our country.Up to now, it has become a special feature of higher education in China that is different from that of other countries. The counselors of the post-80s period have become the main force of the college counselors, and with the development of higher education in our country,The specialization of this group has become one of the main problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Under the background of the intensification of international political and economic competition and the rapid development of domestic colleges and universities, the professional development of post-80s counselors is directly related to the current and future smooth development of college education.This study defines several important concepts of "post-80s", "college counselors" and "specialization", and carries out investigations in several representative colleges and universities in the province.On this basis, this paper analyzes the current situation of professional construction of post-80s counselors in the province, finds out the existing problems, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward the path of professional construction of post-80s post-80s counselors.
