基于生涯适应力研究视野对高校生涯咨询的探讨

【摘要】：生涯适应力作为个体生涯发展的中心建构,有助于个体应对环境的不确定性和环境的变动。通过探讨生涯适应力对高校生涯咨询的从静态转向动态,关注个体生命全程,将自我探索与环境进行整合具有重要的意义。因此,生涯咨询者需要评估个体所处的生涯状态,帮助个体将自己置于环境中,在反思的基础上建构生涯适应力。
[Abstract]:As the central construction of individual career development, career adaptability is helpful for individuals to cope with the uncertainty of environment and the change of environment.It is of great significance to discuss the change of career adaptability from static to dynamic, to pay attention to the whole process of individual life, and to integrate self-exploration with environment.Therefore, career counselors need to assess the career status of individuals, help individuals to put themselves in the environment, and construct career adaptability on the basis of reflection.
