中国民办高等院校的融资创新研究

【摘要】：近些年来,我国民办高校的数量和规模都取得了长足的发展,但在“光环”的背后却也面临着巨大的挑战。由民办高校融资的产权界定不清、营利性不明、政府成本分担模糊、结构单一和法律缺失带来的教育发展资金短缺问题,已成为制约我国民办高校可持续发展的“瓶颈”。本文专注于解决我国民办高校的资金短缺问题,以资本的融入为角度,在明确民办高校融资相关概念及理论基础上,深入剖析了中国民办高校融资的现状、问题及产生原因,积极借鉴了西方主要发达国家私立高校的融资模式,提出了重视民办高校发展,加大政府扶持办度等基本对策和具体建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number and scale of private colleges and universities in China have made great progress, but behind the "halo" is also facing a huge challenge.The lack of funds for educational development brought by the lack of structure and the lack of law has become the bottleneck of the sustainable development of private colleges and universities, such as unclear definition of property rights, unclear profitability, vague sharing of government costs, and lack of law.This paper focuses on solving the problem of capital shortage in private colleges and universities in China. From the angle of capital integration, on the basis of defining the related concepts and theories of financing for private colleges and universities, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of financing in private colleges and universities in China.This paper draws lessons from the financing mode of private universities in western major developed countries, and puts forward some basic countermeasures and concrete suggestions, such as attaching importance to the development of private colleges and universities and increasing the degree of government support.
