百年大计,根在树人——光华大学校长张寿镛的办学之道

【摘要】：张寿镛在担任光华大学校长期间,始终重视学生精神的培养,在其影响之下,光华大学逐渐形成了爱国精神、艰苦办学精神等核心思想;教育思想上,他关注学生的心理建设,强调知行合一,中西并重、兼容并包,注重加强学生理论和实践的协调统一,并着意汲取中国传统文化与西方思想的精髓来锻造学生。此外,张寿镛还是一位著名的藏书家,抗战时期与张元济、何炳松、郑振铎等人一起,在上海秘密抢救大量古籍,为中国文化的传承做出了重大贡献。
[Abstract]:During his tenure as president of Guanghua University, Zhang Shouyong always attached importance to the cultivation of students' spirit. Under its influence, Guanghua University gradually formed such core ideas as patriotism and the spirit of running a school hard. In educational thought, he paid close attention to the psychological construction of students.Emphasis is placed on the integration of knowledge and practice, as well as on China and the West, and on strengthening the coordination and unity of students' theory and practice, and on learning from the essence of Chinese traditional culture and western thought to forge students.In addition, Zhang Shouyong is also a famous library, together with Zhang Yuanji, he Bingsong, Zheng Zhenduo and others, in Shanghai secretly rescuing a large number of ancient books, and made a great contribution to the inheritance of Chinese culture.
