从形式化的专业教育走向实质性的专业教育

【摘要】:专业是具备高水平技术能力并能服务于公众需求的职业。专业从业者必须经过长期专门化教育,掌握系统的专业知识,形成独特的判断力和心智,养成专业精神和专业伦理,最后通过资格认定获得专业资格证。由于专业处于动态发展中,因此专业从业者需不断更新知识掌握新技术。专业教育是以“专业”为依托,包含高深学问的模式,以培养专业知识、专业能力、专业伦理一体化,能够胜任专门工作的合格实践者为目标。 近年来,由于社会的急速变迁,我国专业教育具有专业教育的形式而缺乏专业教育的实质,即专业知识过窄、过浅,专业能力薄弱,专业精神缺乏。本论文在充分掌握相关文献资料的基础上,运用比较研究等方法。从个体需要、社会需要、专业群体认可三个维度去揭示专业教育的真正内涵与应有品质;从专业教育的广度、高度和深度去反思我国专业教育过程中存在的根本问题。结合我国实际,建构今后改革完善的路径:专业教育应是专业知识、专业能力、专业伦理的一体化,奠定终身专业发展的基础。今后应减少课程门数,增加课程深度,激发学生学习动机;加强通识教育,强化课程广度,养成专业精神;改变教学方式,鼓励学生从表层学习转向深层学习;加强实践、提高考核标准、要求,通过知识教学培养专业能力。变肤浅、狭窄的专业教育为有深度和宽度的专业教育,变知识型的专业教育为能力型、智慧型的专业教育。
[Abstract]:Major is a high level of technical ability and can serve the needs of the public.Professional practitioners must have a long-term specialized education, master systematic professional knowledge, form a unique judgment and mind, develop professional spirit and professional ethics, and finally obtain professional qualifications through qualification.Because the specialty is in the dynamic development, the professional practitioners need to update their knowledge and master the new technology.Professional education is based on "specialty", including the mode of advanced knowledge, aiming at cultivating professional knowledge, professional ability, professional ethics integration and qualified practitioners who are competent for specialized work.In recent years, due to the rapid changes of society, professional education in our country has the form of professional education and lacks the essence of professional education, that is, the professional knowledge is too narrow, too shallow, the professional ability is weak, and the professional spirit is lacking.On the basis of fully mastering the relevant literature, this paper applies comparative research and other methods.From the three dimensions of individual needs, social needs and professional group recognition, to reveal the true connotation and due quality of professional education, and to reflect on the fundamental problems in the process of professional education in China from the perspective of the breadth, height and depth of professional education.Combining with the reality of our country, we should construct the path of reform and perfection in the future: professional education should be the integration of professional knowledge, professional ability and professional ethics, and lay the foundation for lifelong professional development.In the future, we should reduce the number of courses, increase the depth of courses, stimulate students' motivation to study, strengthen general education, strengthen the breadth of courses, cultivate professional spirit, change teaching methods, encourage students to change from superficial learning to deep learning, and strengthen practice.Improve the assessment standards, requirements, through knowledge teaching to cultivate professional ability.Become shallow, narrow professional education for the depth and width of the professional education, change the knowledge-based professional education into the ability type, intelligent professional education.
