全纳教育理念下高校课堂教学的管理策略

【摘要】："全纳教育"理念与我国春秋时期孔子"有教无类"的思想是一脉相承的。全纳教育作为一种人本化的教育理念,对于我国高等教育改革,优化高校的课堂教学管理具有重要的意义。本文分析了全纳教育理念对高校课堂教学管理提出的要求,并提出了全纳教育理念下高校课堂教学管理策略。
[Abstract]:The idea of inclusive education is in line with Confucius' thought of "education without education" in the Spring and Autumn period.As a humanistic educational concept, inclusive education is of great significance to the reform of higher education in China and the optimization of classroom teaching management in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the requirements of inclusive education concept for classroom teaching management in colleges and universities, and puts forward the strategies of classroom teaching management in colleges and universities under the concept of inclusive education.
