新时期高校思想政治教育的回顾与探索

【摘要】:改革开放进入新时期以来,高校大学生思想政治教育有了很大的发展,其中有曲折,更有成绩,取得了累累硕果。对新时期高校思想政治教育的发展轨迹实行细致的考察和具体地分析,有利于中国共产党的思想政治教育和高校的思想政治教育的内容体系更加丰富、思想政治教育的理论体系更加完善;学习历史才能更好地进行创新,本选题的研究探讨对完善和创新当前高校思想政治教育体系有一定的借鉴和参考意义,对于提高高校思想政治教育的可行性和实效性也有很大的现实价值。 文章主要围绕着新时期以来关于高校思想政治教育理论部分和实践部分的发展进程及思考展开论述。 第一部分,回顾了新时期以来高校思想政治教育的整个探索和发展轨迹。这一部分通过查阅和翻看了大量的历史文献资料,从社会发展的大环境下解析,将新时期以来高校思想政治教育的发展分为恢复与重建、反思与稳步发展、巩固与全面发展三个阶段。并对每一个阶段又细分为几个方面,进行了具体阐述。 第二部分,系统分析和阐述了我国新时期高校思想政治教育的主要成绩和好的做法。主要是从高校思想政治教育要坚持党的领导、坚持社会主义方向,要坚持实事求是的原则,要注重培养全面发展的人才,要善于弘扬民族精神和时代精神,要坚持形成各方面的合力五个方面进行了表述。 第三部分,通过分析发现现今我国高校思想政治教育依然存在的弊端和不足,如高校思想政治教育目标定位存在偏差,内容、方法及途径有待创新,教育队伍专业化有待提升。 第四部分在上面几部分的具体分析和阐述的基础上对我国高校思想政治教育的深入发展进行思考,并提出了自己的意见和建议:在教育目标定位上,准确把握、全面考量,在教育内容、方法及途径上,,进一步完善并创新,在教育队伍建设上,注重综合素质的提升。 第五部分,结语部分,主要是总结全文的内容,并且指出了文中的研究存在的缺点和需要继续改进的地方。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, the ideological and political education of college students has made great progress, including twists and turns, more achievements and great achievements.A careful investigation and concrete analysis of the development track of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period is beneficial to the enrichment of the content system of the ideological and political education of the Communist Party of China and of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The theoretical system of ideological and political education is more perfect, the study of history can better carry out innovation, the research on this topic has certain reference and reference significance for perfecting and innovating the current ideological and political education system in colleges and universities.It is also of great practical value for improving the feasibility and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This paper mainly discusses the development process and thinking of the theory and practice of ideological and political education in colleges and universities since the new period.The first part reviews the whole exploration and development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period.This part analyzes the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period by consulting and reviewing a large number of historical documents and materials, and classifies the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities into restoration and reconstruction, reflection and steady development from the general environment of social development.There are three stages of consolidation and comprehensive development.And each stage is subdivided into several aspects, the specific elaboration.The second part systematically analyzes and expounds the main achievements and good practices of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new period.Mainly from the point of view of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we should adhere to the leadership of the Party, adhere to the socialist direction, adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, pay attention to the cultivation of talents with all-round development, and be good at carrying forward the national spirit and the spirit of the times.To adhere to the formation of the resultant force of all aspects of the five aspects have been expressed.In the third part, the author finds out that the ideological and political education in colleges and universities still has disadvantages and shortcomings, such as the deviation, content, methods and ways to be innovated, and the specialization of the education team to be promoted.In the fourth part, on the basis of the concrete analysis and elaboration of the above several parts, the author thinks about the deep development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country, and puts forward his own opinions and suggestions: in terms of the orientation of educational objectives, we should accurately grasp them and consider them in an all-round way.In terms of educational contents, methods and approaches, we should further improve and innovate, and pay attention to the promotion of comprehensive quality in the construction of educational team.The fifth part, the conclusion part, mainly summarizes the content of the paper, and points out the shortcomings of the research and the need for further improvement.
