江苏省地方高校双语教学问题及对策研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,英语作为国际性语言的作用日益凸显。一个国家和民族要维持生存并谋求生存发展就需要拓展全球视野,增强国际适应性。为此,2001年我国教育部明确要求各高校在三年内开设5%~10%的双语课程,引进原版教材,提高师资水平,这一规定为各高校开展双语教学提供了政策依据和量化指标。此后,我国高校双语教学得到了较大的发展。目前,我国高校双语教学的理论研究和实践探索还处在起步阶段,国内双语教学模式尚未形成,急需理论指导。本文对淮阴工学院经济与管理学院进行个案研究,通过文献分析、案例分析、问卷调查和访谈等形式,对当前江苏省地方高校双语教学的实践中存在的主要问题进行了归因分析,并总结出如何提高地方高校双语教学质量的对策。全文分为引言、正文和结束三个部分:引言部分,主要介绍论文的选题背景、双语教学国内外研究现状、本研究的目的和意义、研究的思路和方法。正文分为三部分:首先,阐述了双语教学的内涵,对相关概念进行了辨析,并从国际交流、国内外高校交流、高校双语教材的选用、高校生源、新一轮外语课程改革五个方面阐明高校双语教学发展的前景。其次,淮阴工学院双语教学的现状分析——个案研究。案例选择了江苏省一所地方高校——淮阴工学院,对本校经济与管理学院双语教学的实施情况进行了详细介绍,并通过问卷调查的数据总结出本校双语教学存在的问题与原因分析。最后,针对这些问题提出提高地方高校双语教学的对策。结合前面的个案研究,主要阐述了笔者对提高江苏省地方高校双语教学质量的对策建议。第三部分为结束语,对本文的研究进行了总结,分析研究成果,并指出研究中可能存在的不足之处,并对今后高校双语教学发展趋势进行了展望。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the role of English as an international language has become increasingly prominent.If a country or a nation wants to survive and seek survival and development, it needs to expand its global horizons and enhance its international adaptability.Therefore, in 2001, the Ministry of Education of our country explicitly required colleges and universities to set up 5% or 10% bilingual courses within three years, to introduce original textbooks and to raise the level of teachers. This provision provides policy basis and quantitative index for carrying out bilingual teaching in colleges and universities.Since then, bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in China has been greatly developed.At present, the theoretical research and practical exploration of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in China is still in its infancy, and the domestic bilingual teaching model has not yet been formed, so it is in urgent need of theoretical guidance.This article carries on the case study to the Huaiyin Institute of Technology Economics and Management, through the literature analysis, the case analysis, the questionnaire investigation and the interview and so on form,This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the practice of bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province, and summarizes the countermeasures for improving the quality of bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities.The full text is divided into three parts: introduction, text and conclusion: introduction, mainly introduces the background of the thesis, the current situation of bilingual teaching research at home and abroad, the purpose and significance of this study, the research ideas and methods.The text is divided into three parts: firstly, it expounds the connotation of bilingual teaching, differentiates and analyzes the related concepts, and analyzes the related concepts from the international exchange, the exchange of domestic and foreign universities, the selection of bilingual teaching materials in colleges and universities, the source of college students.The new round of foreign language curriculum reform illustrates the prospects of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities.Secondly, the current situation of bilingual teaching in Huaiyin Institute of Technology-case study.The case selected a local university-Huaiyin Institute of Technology in Jiangsu Province, and introduced in detail the implementation of bilingual teaching in the School of Economics and Management.The problems and causes of bilingual teaching in our school are summarized by questionnaire survey.Finally, the countermeasures to improve bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities are put forward.Combined with the previous case study, the author mainly expounds the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of bilingual teaching in local colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province.The third part is the conclusion, which summarizes the research of this paper, analyzes the research results, points out the possible deficiencies in the research, and looks forward to the development trend of bilingual teaching in colleges and universities in the future.
