基于学科生命周期的高校学科带头人工作重点与策略

【摘要】：学科带头人是学科成长发展的领导者和组织者,承担着学科战略规划、团队建设、资源配置、制度建设等工作,引领学科发展。学科带头人应当遵循学科成长的生命周期规律,针对学科成长阶段的主要问题,在学科形成期发挥学术感召与资源集聚的基核作用,在学科成长期应采取特色发展与能力提升的工作策略,在学科成熟期应以持续产出与文化建设为工作重点,在学科蜕变期应起到战略调整与破茧化蝶的变革性引领作用。
[Abstract]:Discipline leader is the leader and organizer of discipline development. He is responsible for discipline strategic planning, team building, resource allocation, system construction and so on.Discipline leaders should follow the life cycle law of discipline growth, aiming at the main problems of discipline growth stage, and play the basic role of academic inspiration and resource agglomeration in the period of discipline formation.In the period of discipline growth, the strategy of characteristic development and ability enhancement should be adopted, the emphasis should be on continuous output and cultural construction in the mature period of discipline, and the transformation of strategic adjustment and breaking cocoon should be played a leading role in the period of discipline transformation.
