接受主体视域下高校思想政治教育接受困境及对策研究

【摘要】:高校思想政治教育有助于大学生养成良好的思想品德修养并在此基础上形成社会所认可并接纳的行为习惯。高校思想政治教育是大学生审视自我、了解社会、认识世界的重要环节。大学生正是通过对思想政治教育信息的择取、整合、理解而形成科学的世界观、人生观和价值观。在日常思想政治教育过程中,如果只强调传授者的主导性作用而不注重接受者的主动性作用,那么思想政治教育就达不到所应该起到的效果。思想政治教育过程不仅仅是传授者对接受者的施教活动,也应该是接受者认同、理解与接受传授者教育内容并外化践行的活动。面对着不甚理想的接受效果,需要引入接受理论来研究高校思想政治教育,在高校思想政治教育过程中,从接受主体的个体特征出发,注重接受者和其他要素的互动,从而实现了接受者内化与外化的统一,缓解了大学生的接受困境,实现了思想政治教育教书育人的目的。 本文研究的重点主要是高校思想政治教育接受主体的困境,分析其成因并提出相应的对策。将接受理论的主要思想与高校思想政治教育的实际情况相结合,力图优化高校思想政治教育中大学生的接受效果,实现高校思想政治教育的科学性、针对性与实效性,同时也达到了提高大学生的思想道德素质,健全大学生人格,促进大学生的全面发展的意义。 本文正文主要包括四个部分: 第一部分通过对接受理论的综述和对接受涵义的界定,为将接受理论引入高校思想政治教育做了理论上的准备。 第二部分在分析接受理论与高校思想政治教育结合的背景、必要性的前提下,对高校思想政治教育接受的定义、系统要素、动态过程做了界定,得出接受主体在接受活动中的重要性,并通过分析接受主体的心理特征、行为特征、思维特征、价值特征为下文探讨接受主体困境及成因做了铺垫。 第三部分从作为接受主体的在校大学生在接受过程中自身的特征与接受系统其他要素之间的冲突角度来分析高校思想政治教育接受主体困境及其成因。 第四部分,结合接受主体困境的成因,从优化接受主体自身矛盾、优化接受主体与传授者之间的矛盾、优化接受主体与接受介体之间的矛盾,优化接受主体与接受环境的矛盾角度探寻策略,探索优化接受主体困境的对策。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is helpful for college students to cultivate good ideological and moral cultivation and on this basis to form social accepted and accepted behavior habits.Ideological and political education is an important link for college students to examine themselves, understand society and understand the world.College students form a scientific world outlook, outlook on life and values through the selection, integration and understanding of ideological and political education information.In the process of daily ideological and political education, if we only emphasize the leading role of the teacher and not the initiative role of the receiver, then the ideological and political education can not achieve the effect that should be played.The process of ideological and political education is not only the teaching activity of the teacher to the receiver, but also the activity that the receiver recognizes, understands and accepts the content of the teacher's education and externalizes the practice.In the face of the unsatisfactory acceptance effect, we need to introduce the acceptance theory to study the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In the process of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, we should focus on the interaction between the receiver and other elements, starting from the individual characteristics of the subject.Thus, it realizes the unity of internalization and externalization of recipients, alleviates the plight of college students' acceptance, and realizes the purpose of teaching and educating people in ideological and political education.This paper focuses on the plight of the subject of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, analyzes its causes and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.By combining the main ideas of the reception theory with the actual situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, this paper tries to optimize the acceptance effect of college students in ideological and political education, and to realize the scientific, pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At the same time, it also achieves the significance of improving the ideological and moral quality of college students, perfecting the personality of college students and promoting the all-round development of college students.The main body of this paper consists of four parts:The first part makes theoretical preparations for the introduction of reception theory into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities through the summary of the reception theory and the definition of the meaning of acceptance.The second part, on the premise of analyzing the background and necessity of the combination of acceptance theory and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, defines the definition, system elements and dynamic process of the acceptance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.By analyzing the psychological characteristics, behavior characteristics, thinking characteristics and value characteristics of the subject, the author points out the importance of the subject in the reception activities, and paves the way for the discussion of the plight and causes of the subject below.The third part analyzes the dilemma and causes of the acceptance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of the conflict between the characteristics of the college students and the other elements of the acceptance system.The fourth part, combined with the causes of the plight of the subject of acceptance, from the optimization of the contradictions between the subject itself, the contradiction between the subject and the teacher, the contradiction between the subject and the medium.This paper explores strategies to optimize the dilemma between the subject and the environment.
