我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式研究

【摘要】:自1978年我国恢复研究生教育以来,经过多年的发展,我国已经形成了成熟的以培养学术型人才为主的研究生教育发展模式,为社会主义建设提供了大量的科研人才。然而,随着国家产业格局的转变,为了满足社会对高层次、复合型人才的需求,,现有的学术型硕士研究生已不能满足社会的需要。在这种背景下,我国教育部于2009年开始在全国范围内实施全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生的培养工作。全日制体育硕士专业学位作为一种新的人才培养类型,我国在培养方面由于时间较短还缺乏很多的相关经验,在培养过程中也暴露了很多问题,影响了全日制体育硕士培养质量和培养目标的实现。因此,探讨符合我国实际情况的全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式具有重要的意义。 本研究主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对我国招收全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生8所高校的培养模式的现状进行了调查,对培养过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了对我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的改革建议,研究结果表明: 1、各高校以我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生的培养目标为统帅,结合自身高校的现状和特点,从思想政治、知识结构、能力培养等方面制定出自身特色的培养目标。 2、我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养课程设置包括:公共学位课、专业必修课、专业选修课和教学实践课。在课程设置中存在课程结构安排不合理、课程内容陈旧,缺乏前沿性和各领域方向课程特色不突出等问题。 3、我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生导师制度采用“双导师制”,在实施的过程中存在着双方沟通不畅、职责不清、缺乏有效的管理机制等问题。在师资配备上大多数导师由传统的学术型导师衍生而来,重理论轻实践,师资结构不利于专业型硕士的培养。研究生的培养缺乏系统的质量监管和考核制度。 4、我国全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式的改革策略包括转变思想观念,提高对全日制体育硕士的认识、调整课程结构,课程内容与时俱进、调整师资结构,完善“双导师”制、转变教学方,加强实践性教学、建立健全全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生质量保障体系。
[Abstract]:Since the resumption of graduate education in China in 1978, after many years of development, China has formed a mature development model of graduate education, which is based on the cultivation of academic talents, and has provided a large number of scientific research talents for socialist construction.However, with the transformation of the national industrial structure, in order to meet the needs of the society for high-level, composite talents, the existing academic graduate students can no longer meet the needs of the society.In this context, the Ministry of Education began to carry out the training of full-time sports master degree graduate students in 2009.As a new type of personnel training, the full-time physical education master's degree in our country is short of time and lack of much relevant experience, so many problems have been exposed in the process of training.It affects the quality of the full-time physical education master training and the realization of the training goal.Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the cultivation mode of full-time physical education master degree graduate students in accordance with the actual situation in our country.This research mainly adopts the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, to investigate the current situation of the training mode of 8 colleges and universities that enroll full-time physical education master's degree graduate students in our country.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the training process, and puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the training mode of the full-time physical education master degree graduate students in China. The research results show that:1. All colleges and universities take the training goal of full-time physical education master degree graduate students in China as the commander, combined with the present situation and characteristics of their own colleges and universities, to formulate their own characteristic training goals from the aspects of ideology and politics, knowledge structure, ability cultivation and so on.2.Full-time physical education graduate training courses in China include: public degree courses, professional compulsory courses, professional elective courses and teaching practice courses.There are some problems in curriculum setup, such as unreasonable course structure arrangement, old curriculum content, lack of vanguard and not outstanding characteristics of courses in various fields.3. In our country, the "double tutor system" is adopted in the tutorial system of the full-time physical education master degree graduate students. In the process of implementation, the communication between the two sides is not smooth, the responsibilities are not clear, and the effective management mechanism is lacking, and so on.Most of the teachers are derived from the traditional academic tutors, and the structure of teachers is not conducive to the cultivation of professional masters.The cultivation of graduate students lacks systematic quality supervision and examination system.4. The reform strategies of the training mode of full-time physical education master degree graduate students in China include changing ideology, improving the understanding of full-time physical education masters, adjusting the curriculum structure, advancing with the times and adjusting the structure of teachers.To perfect the system of "double tutors", to change the teaching method, to strengthen the practical teaching, and to establish and perfect the quality guarantee system for the full-time postgraduates majoring in physical education.
