基于大类培养的教学运行机制改革探索

【摘要】：大类培养是目前我国高等教育改革的方向之一,有别于以专业教育为主的传统培养模式,也对传统教学运行机制提出了新挑战。本文结合浙江大学开展大类培养的本科教育实践,探讨了大类培养环境中的教学管理问题,提出了解决方法并付诸实践,建立了以选课制为核心的教学运行新机制,对我国高校教学运行管理更好地适应教育教学改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:As one of the directions of the reform of higher education in China, it is different from the traditional training mode, which is based on professional education, and also puts forward a new challenge to the operation mechanism of traditional teaching. Based on the practice of undergraduate education in Zhejiang University, this paper probes into the problems of teaching management in the environment of large types of cultivation, puts forward the solutions and puts them into practice, and establishes a new mechanism of teaching operation with the system of selecting courses as the core. It has certain reference significance for our country university teaching operation management to better adapt to the education and teaching reform.
