基于核心能力建设的卫生事业管理专业课程体系研究

【摘要】:高等教育大众化和新医改要求高等学校卫生事业管理专业人才的培养不仅是量的发展,更要体现质的追求。知识储蓄型的卫生管理人才培养受到挑战。卫生事业管理专业本科学历教育是完成我国卫生事业管理队伍职业化建设的重要组成部分。而卫生事业管理队伍职业化对于提高医疗卫生行业整体绩效和促进卫生事业发展具有重要的意义。因此,要探索既有实践能力,又有创新精神,更融知识、能力、素质于一身的高素质应用型卫生管理人才战略培养。 研究目的 本课题在充分查阅国内外相关文献的基础上,以卫生事业管理专业人才核心能力为理论依据,探讨卫生事业管理专业本科生核心能力,并以此为基础进行课程体系设置的实证研究,以期为我国卫生事业管理专业本科生的培养、评价和考核提供可参考依据。 研究方法 首先,文献回顾和相关理论梳理。分析国内外卫生事业管理专业的研究现状,找到研究突破口。在查阅文献资料基础上,筛选出适宜的理论和课程研究方法,明确核心能力指标体系构建原则和建立初步指标库; 其次,卫生事业管理专业本科生核心能力体系研究。在文献研究与核心能力初步指标库基础上,依据专家咨询法的原理,设计出科学的核心能力专家咨询问卷,进行两轮专家咨询,构建了核心能力指标体系;采用层次分析法,对指标两两比较进行考量,最终确定核心能力各级指标的权重; 最后,卫生事业管理专业本科课程体系的优化研究。以构建的核心能力为依据,采用高校课程交互效应分析法,以S大学为例,围绕核心能力建设进行课程设置的实证研究。 主要结果 1.卫生事业管理专业本科生核心能力指标体系由5个维度、27个条目组成。核心能力维度按重要性程度依次排序为:循证决策能力(0.2613)、社会交往能力(0.2071)、操作能力(0.1889)、组织管理能力(0.1760)、职业发展能力(0.1666); 2.提出“层次+模块”的卫生事业管理专业本科课程新方案。包括专业层次、发展层次;七个模块(专业背景模块、专业基础模块、专业核心模块、专业拓展模块、工具课模块、公共课模块、人文素质模块)。 研究结论 构建卫生事业管理专业本科生核心能力指标体系,并以此为基础的课程优化实证研究,拓展了我国卫生事业管理教育的内容,促进了专业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The popularization of higher education and the new medical reform require the cultivation of health management professionals in colleges and universities is not only the development of quantity, but also the pursuit of quality. The training of health management talents based on knowledge saving is challenged. Undergraduate degree education in health management is an important part of professional construction of health management team in China. The professionalization of health management team is of great significance to improve the overall performance of the medical and health industry and promote the development of the health care industry. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the strategic cultivation of high quality applied health management talents with both practical ability and innovative spirit, more knowledge, ability and quality. Research purpose On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign relevant literature, this paper discusses the core competence of undergraduates of health management on the theoretical basis of the core competence of health management professionals. On the basis of this, an empirical study on the curriculum system is carried out in order to provide a reference for the cultivation, evaluation and examination of the undergraduates majoring in health management in China. Research method First of all, literature review and related theory combing. This paper analyzes the current research situation of health management at home and abroad, and finds a breakthrough. On the basis of consulting the literature, the author screened out the appropriate theory and curriculum research methods, made clear the construction principle of the core competence index system and established the preliminary index database. Secondly, the research on the core competence system of undergraduates majoring in health management. On the basis of literature research and core competence preliminary index database, according to the principle of expert consultation, the scientific core competence expert consultation questionnaire is designed, two rounds of expert consultation are carried out, and the index system of core competence is constructed, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is adopted. Finally, the weight of the core competence index at all levels is determined by comparing the two indicators. Finally, the research on the optimization of undergraduate course system of health management. Based on the construction of core competence, this paper adopts the interactive effect analysis method of university curriculum, taking S University as an example, carries on the empirical research on the curriculum setting around the core competence construction. Main results 1. The index system of core competence of undergraduate students in health management is composed of 5 dimensions and 27 items. According to the degree of importance, the order of core competence is: Evidence-based decision making ability 0.2613, social communication ability 0.2071, operation ability 0.1889, organization and management ability 0.1760, career development ability 0.1666; 2. This paper puts forward a new program of the undergraduate course of health management specialty based on hierarchical module. Including professional level, development level, seven modules (professional background module, professional foundation module, professional core module, professional expansion module, tool module, public class module, humanistic quality module. Research conclusion The establishment of the index system of the core competence of undergraduate students in health management and the empirical study of curriculum optimization based on it have expanded the contents of health management education in China and promoted the sustainable development of the major.
