问题大学生思想政治教育的现实解读

【摘要】：问题大学生思想政治教育是促进大学生成长发展的现实需要,是实现高校人才培养目标的内在要求。问题大学生思想政治教育的主要问题,包括对问题大学生的摸底不够、事后处理多于超前引导、教育的方法简单生硬、教育的体制机制不够健全等。加强问题大学生的科学研究,加强问题大学生的个体化教育,加强问题大学生预警帮扶的制度体系建设,是强化问题大学生思想政治教育的现实路径。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students is the practical need to promote the growth and development of college students and the internal requirement to realize the goal of cultivating talents in colleges and universities. The main problems of the ideological and political education of college students include the lack of the problem college students, the hindsight treatment is more than the leading guidance, the method of education is simple and stiff, the system and mechanism of education are not perfect enough and so on. Strengthening the scientific research of the problem college students, strengthening the individualized education of the problem college students, and strengthening the system construction of the early warning help for the problem college students are the realistic ways to strengthen the ideological and political education of the problem college students.
