【摘要】:留学生教育是我国高等教育体系中新增的一个组成部分之一,它担负着培养学有所长、对华友好的外国留学生的重要任务,对促进和发展我国与世界各国的友好关系,增进国际交流,推动高等教育国际化和学科建设多元化都起着及其重要的作用。 在来华留学生中有相当一部分是来自非洲,目前,国内关于非洲来华留学生的研究多集中在语言学习和对外汉语教学等方面,有关非洲来华留学生教育管理方面的研究较少。因此,有必要对大学非洲来华留学生教育管理现状进行系统的分析,研究非洲留学生教育管理中存在的共性问题及其对策。 本文阐述来华留学生教育管理发展概况,给出了来华留学生教育管理相关概念的界定。概括了我国来华留学生教育发展经历了起步、发展与繁荣三个阶段,并分析了来华留学生教育管理宏观体制和高校的管理模式。通过访谈和问卷调查收集研究素材,融合已有研究资料,采用文献研究、量化研究和质性研究点面结合的方法,借助学术界的跨文化适应理论分析非洲来华留学生的适应机理,建立非洲留学生社会问卷调查中人口统计变量和情境变量的双变量关联分析模式。重点分析了湖南大学非洲来华留学生的发展概况、生源结构、管理制度与模式,通过质性与量性研究相结合的方法了解学校非洲留学生的教学管理、日常管理现状,研究了非洲留学生的个性特征,并探讨了学校在教育管理方面存在的问题。在此基础上,提出对留学生教育管理必须遵循严格教育与人文关怀、普遍教育与个别教育、教育主体与客体相结合的原则,及教学和日常管理的改进措施。该研究对高校非洲来华留学生工作具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:The education of foreign students is one of the new components in the higher education system of our country. It takes on the important task of training foreign students who are good at learning and friendly to China, and it is of great importance to promote and develop the friendly relations between our country and other countries in the world. Promoting international exchange, promoting the internationalization of higher education and diversification of discipline construction play an important role. At present, most of the studies on African students come from Africa. At present, most of the studies on African students come to China in the aspects of language learning and teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, but there are few studies on the educational management of African students coming to China. Therefore, it is necessary to make a systematic analysis of the current situation of the education management of African students coming to China, and to study the common problems and countermeasures in the management of African students' education. This paper expounds the development of foreign students' education management in China, and gives the definition of the related concepts of foreign students' education management in China. This paper summarizes the three stages of the development of foreign students' education in China, including the starting stage, the development stage and the prosperity stage, and analyzes the macro management system of the foreign students' education in China and the management mode of the colleges and universities. Through interviews and questionnaires to collect research materials, fusion of existing research materials, the use of literature research, quantitative research and qualitative research point combination method, with the help of the academic cross-cultural adaptation theory to analyze the adaptation mechanism of African students in China. A bivariate correlation analysis model of demographic variables and situational variables in the social questionnaire survey of African international students was established. The development situation, student source structure, management system and model of African students coming to China from Hunan University are analyzed, and the teaching management and daily management status of African students in Hunan University are analyzed by combining qualitative and quantitative studies. This paper studies the personality characteristics of African students and discusses the problems in educational management. On this basis, the author points out that the management of foreign students' education must follow the principles of strict education and humanistic care, general education and individual education, the combination of subject and object of education, and the improvement of teaching and daily management. This research has certain guiding significance to the work of African students coming to China.
