女性主义教育学视域下大学性别平等课程研究

【摘要】:女性主义源于女性解放运动,在自身的发展与完善中逐渐成为一种价值观与方法论,被广泛地应用于人文社会科学领域中。意识到教育对于性别意识的传播与建构的重要意义后,女性主义学者遂以高校为阵地,以课程为载体,进行了大量的教学实践与改革,以期将女性主义思想引入教育领域,女性主义教育学思潮应运而生。女性主义教育学旨在以女性主义价值观、方法论等相关理论发现、分析并试图解决教育学领域中存在的问题,用多元共生的思维方式改革教育,促进教育的全面发展。 大学性别平等课程是女性主义教育学在高等教育领域的实践成果。西方女性主义以性别平等课程为媒介,建立相应的教学与研究机构,向各个学科领域进行有效渗透。使被边缘化和隐形化的女性议题主流化与显性化,促使其被纳入课程体系,改变大学课程文化的男性权威形象;为女性融入高等教育体系,成为真正的知识主体提供了一个重要的知识基地和平台。 性别平等课程进入中国高等教育机制,既是西方女性主义学术影响的必然结果;也反映了改革开放后,社会各界,尤其是学术界对中国现实中女性状况的密切关注和我国性别研究深入发展所带来的学科化趋势。 本研究以南京某高校所开设的专业特色选修课程——《性别与社会》为个案研究对象,采用文献法、参与式研究法、半结构式访谈法对大学性别平等课程的课程目标、教学方法、教学内容进行概述,在此基础上,对学生学习以及教学过程进行了粗浅的评价。在女性主义教育学视域下反观该课程,可以发现:该教学实践的课程目标女性主义特色显著、课程内容丰富详实、教学方法灵活多变、注重赋权于学生、重视对学生情感和价值观的培养。研究表明,该课程对受众群体的性别意识以及自我认同等意识产生了积极影响。 然而,大学性别平等课程从引进到创建并不是一帆风顺的。传统的社会性别观念、学术界潜在的父权制规则以及僵化的教育体制使得我国目前所开展的大学性别平等课程存在着碎片化、西方化、本质化及边缘化倾向,如何拓展性别平等课程在中国高等教育中的影响,推动大学性别平等课程的体系化、本土化、与主流化建设,是女性主义教育学未来的努力方向。
[Abstract]:Feminism originated from the women's liberation movement and has gradually become a kind of values and methodology in its own development and perfection. It has been widely used in the field of humanities and social sciences. Aware of the importance of education for the dissemination and construction of gender awareness, feminist scholars have carried out a great deal of teaching practice and reform in order to introduce feminist thought into the field of education, taking the university as the front and the curriculum as the carrier. Feminist pedagogy came into being. Feminist pedagogy aims at finding, analyzing and trying to solve the problems existing in the field of pedagogy by using the related theories of feminist values and methodology, and reforming education in a pluralistic and symbiotic way of thinking to promote the all-round development of education. The university gender equality curriculum is the practical achievement of feminist pedagogy in the field of higher education. The western feminism takes the gender equality curriculum as the medium, establishes the corresponding teaching and research institution, carries on the effective infiltration to each discipline domain. Mainstreaming and dominating the marginalized and invisible female issues, promoting them to be integrated into the curriculum system, changing the male authority image of the university curriculum culture, and integrating women into the higher education system, Becoming a real knowledge subject provides an important knowledge base and platform. The introduction of gender equality courses into the higher education mechanism of China is not only the inevitable result of the academic influence of western feminism, but also reflects the fact that, after the reform and opening up, all walks of life in the society, In particular, the academic circles pay close attention to the situation of women in reality in China and the trend of discipline brought about by the in-depth development of gender research in China. This study takes gender and Society, a special elective course in a university in Nanjing, as a case study object, and uses literature method, participatory research method and semi-structured interview method to study the curriculum objectives of gender equality courses in universities. On the basis of summarizing the teaching methods and contents, the author gives a brief evaluation of the students' learning and teaching process. From the perspective of feminist pedagogy, it can be found that the curriculum objective of the teaching practice is feminism, the content of the course is rich and detailed, the teaching method is flexible and changeable, and it pays attention to the empowerment of students. Attach importance to the cultivation of students' feelings and values. The study shows that the course has a positive impact on the gender awareness and self-identity of the audience. However, the introduction to the creation of university gender equality curriculum is not easy. The traditional gender concept, the potential patriarchal rules in academic circles and the rigid educational system make the current gender equality courses in universities in our country have the tendency of fragmentation, westernization, essentialization and marginalization. How to expand the influence of gender equality curriculum in Chinese higher education and promote the systematization, localization and mainstreaming of gender equality curriculum in universities is the direction of feminist pedagogy in the future.
