中学生领导力开发:学校德育工作的新视界

【摘要】：目前,我国学校德育存在道德认知灌输化、道德体验虚拟化、道德实践形式化的误区,同时也面临着信息化、人本主义思想及公民社会的挑战。基于中学生领导力开发的理论研究与实践探索,我国学校的德育工作者要相信学生,尊重学生的参与权和做事权,注重学生的自我体验、感悟、教育和成长。
[Abstract]:At present, the moral education in our country has the misunderstanding of moral cognition inculcation, the virtualization of moral experience and the formalization of moral practice. At the same time, it faces the challenge of informatization, humanism and civil society. Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration of middle school students' leadership development, moral education workers in our country should believe in students, respect students' right to participate and do things, and pay attention to students' self-experience, perception, education and growth.
