新疆地区高等医学院校师资培训调研及影响因素分析

【摘要】:目的:通过对新疆地区普通高等院校2005年至2010年专任教师情况及新疆地区高等本科院校2006年至2010年师资培训现状了解基础上,以新疆某高等医学院校为实例,全面调研该校师资培训现状及影响因素。针对培训现状及影响因素进行分析论证,,为该高等医学院校师资培训工作的良好发展提供有利的对策与建议。方法:采用文献查阅、相关统计年报及文件资料、访谈、问卷调查法、运用SPSS17.0、MATLAB统计软件及灰色系统理论、柯氏四维模型等方法,以该校全体专任教师为研究对象,从基本情况、个人压力、培训需求、培训现状、培训绩效、政策了解及建议六个方面进行深入研究分析。结果:通过对调查数据的统计分析,新疆地区普通高等院校师资队伍建设良好发展。调查对象新疆某高等医学院校师资培训工作总体上到位,学校高度重视师资培训工作,但存在几点不足:(1)教师积极性有待进一步提高。(2)培训绩效不高,缺乏考核体系。(3)培训对象选拔制度缺位。(4)师资进修经费划拨欠合理。(5)培训政策宣传不到位。结论:(1)创新机制、完善体系,提高教师积极性。利用PDCA循环思想建立长效发展机制。(2)规范培训流程,建立绩效评价体系。(3)建立培训对象选拔制度。根据教师业务能力及师德师风综合考虑,选拔合适培养对象,做好人才梯队建设。(4)增加经费投入、合理配置。运用灰色系统理论建立预测模型,了解经费未来投入趋势。(5)提升大学文化、营造环境,加大宣传。为广大教师营造学习气氛浓厚的文化环境,使教师树立积极的培训观念和竞争意识,推进培训工作,来推动学校更好发展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the current situation of full-time teachers in colleges and universities in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2010 and the current situation of teachers' training in colleges and universities in Xinjiang from 2006 to 2010, and take a medical college in Xinjiang as an example. A comprehensive survey of the current situation of teacher training and influencing factors in the school. The present situation of training and its influencing factors are analyzed and demonstrated to provide favorable countermeasures and suggestions for the good development of teacher training in this medical college. Methods: by means of literature review, relevant statistical annual reports and documents, interviews, questionnaires, SPSS 17.0 MATLAB statistical software and grey system theory, Cor's four-dimensional model and so on, all the full-time teachers of the school were taken as the research objects, from the basic situation. Personal pressure, training needs, training status, training performance, policy understanding and advice six aspects of in-depth research and analysis. Results: through the statistical analysis of the investigation data, the construction of teaching staff in Xinjiang general colleges and universities developed well. The teachers training work of a medical college in Xinjiang is in place, and the school attaches great importance to the teacher training work, but there are several deficiencies: 1) the enthusiasm of teachers needs to be further improved. 2) the performance of training is not high. Lack of examination system. 3) absence of training object selection system. 4) allocation of funds for teacher training is unreasonable. 5) propaganda of training policy is not in place. Conclusion 1) innovating mechanism, perfecting system and improving teachers' enthusiasm. Using the idea of PDCA cycle to establish a long-term development mechanism. 2) to standardize the training process, and to establish a performance evaluation system. 3) to establish a training object selection system. According to the comprehensive consideration of the professional ability of teachers and the style of teachers, the suitable training object should be selected, and the personnel echelon construction should be done well. Using the grey system theory to set up the forecast model, to understand the future investment trend of the funds, to promote the university culture, to create the environment, and to increase the propaganda. In order to promote the better development of the school, we should create a strong cultural environment for the teachers, set up the positive training concept and competition consciousness, and promote the training work.
