高校学生社团的育人功能研究

【摘要】：新时期,我国高等教育事业随着社会主义市场经济的迅猛发展不断进步。高等教育社会化深入开展,为高校工作带来了无限的机遇。同时,也为如何做好新时期高等教育工作,培养优秀的高校毕业生带来了挑战。高校的蓬勃发展必然使高校校园文化和学生社团得到繁荣。本文通过对高校学生社团的研究,充分挖掘学生社团的育人功能,对高校人才培养具有重要的意义。 本文由四个部分构成： 第一部分阐述了本文研究的背景及研究意义,对国内外的相关研究文献进行了综述,说明了本文的主要研究方法及创新点。 第二部分对高校学生社团育人功能的基本理论问题进行了概述。阐述了学生社团的概念、特点、类型及发展现状,分析当前高校学生社团的基本现状,并从育人角度出发,阐述了高校社团在培养学生思想、行为、技术、实践等方面的作用,并对其潜在的意义进行分析。 第三部分是对高校学生社团育人功能的现状分析。论文总结了高校学生社团在育人方面取得的成绩,深入分析了存在的问题,主要包括：成效单一、发展不足、创新不足。 第四部分探讨了加强高校学生社团育人功能的措施。在有充分调查的基础上,针对目前存在的突出问题,从思想重视、政策保障、创新活动等探讨了加强高校学生社团育人功能的措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of socialist market economy , China ' s higher education has made great progress with the rapid development of socialist market economy .

This article consists of four parts :

In the first part , the background and significance of the study are described , and the related research literatures at home and abroad are reviewed , and the main research methods and innovation points are described .

The second part gives an overview of the basic theory of the function of college students ' associations . The paper expounds the concept , characteristics , types and development status of the student community , analyzes the basic situation of the current college students ' community and expounds the function of the college community in the cultivation of students ' thought , behavior , technology , practice and so on from the perspective of educating people , and analyzes its potential significance .

The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the function of the college students ' community education . The paper summarizes the achievements of the college students ' community in the field of educating people , and analyzes the existing problems deeply , including : single effect , insufficient development and insufficient innovation .

The fourth part discusses the measures to strengthen the function of educating people in college students . On the basis of sufficient investigation , aiming at the existing problems , the measures to strengthen the function of college students ' community education are discussed .
