辽宁省高校大学生自我教育能力评价体系的构建研究

【摘要】:研究目的:通过设计一套科学、合理、有效的高校大学生自我教育能力评价体系,来提升学生的自我教育能力,为高校对培养大学生自我教育能力研究提供理论依据,从而增强工作的针对性和实效性。 研究方法:文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较研究法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计法。 研究结果:本研究通过专家问卷确定了辽宁省高校大学生自我教育能力评价体系指标,包括3项一级指标,10项二级指标,26项三级指标。并通过专家评价法对辽宁省大学生自我教育能力评价体系指标权重进行整体性的研究,并按照专家评价法得出各指标的权重系数,选取了A认知能力、B体验能力、C控制能力3项指标作为一级指标;A1思想素质、B1社会实践、C1校纪校规等10项指标作为二级指标;A11诚实守信、B11认真完成作业、C11学期内无违纪行为等26项指标作为三级指标。经过专家筛选构建出大学生自我教育能力评价体系后,以沈阳体育学院体育教育学院大一年级为例,进行本体系的应用实验研究,因为大学生的自我能力提高不是一朝一夕能够完成,所以本体系的实验是长期性的。通过一学期从学生的认知能力、体验能力和控制能力三个方面进行实验研究,对照组,按以往传统式教学方法进行教学.实验组采用本研究所构建的自我教育能力评价体系指标进行监控。按照自我教育能力评价体系指标进行量化得出研究结果,最后采用spss进行统计学分析,,通过T检验验证指标的合理性。最终在三级指标中认真完成作业、早晚自习出勤两项指标由于未出现差异从体系中删除,进而构建辽宁省高校大学生自我教育能力评价体系。 结论:构建了辽宁省高校大学生自我教育能力评价体系,确定辽宁省高校大学生自我教育能力评价体系指标权重,并通过实验验证辽宁省高校大学生自我教育能力评价体系指标的合理性。 建议:1.务实开展辽宁省高校大学生自我教育能力评价体系的实施与监控工作。2.创新大学生自我教育能力评价体系内容,调动学生自我教育积极性。3.注重大学生自我教育能力评价体系的实效,发挥学生自身优势。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to design a scientific, reasonable and effective evaluation system of college students' self-education ability, to improve students' self-education ability, and to provide theoretical basis for the research of college students' self-education ability. So as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the work. Methods: literature, expert interview, comparative study, questionnaire, experiment and mathematical statistics. Results: the evaluation system indexes of college students' self-education ability in Liaoning Province were determined by expert questionnaire, including 3 first-grade indexes, 10 second-class indexes and 26 third-grade indexes. And through the expert evaluation method to evaluate the university students' self-education ability evaluation system index weight of the whole study, and according to the expert evaluation method to get the weight coefficient of each index, This paper selects 3 indexes of A cognitive ability, B experience ability and C control ability as the first class index, A1 ideological quality and B1 social practice, C1 school discipline school rules and other 10 indexes as the second class index, A11, honest, trustworthy, B11, conscientiously completing homework within C11 semester. No violation of discipline and other 26 indicators as three-level indicators. After selecting experts to construct the evaluation system of college students' self-education ability, taking the first year of physical Education College of Shenyang Institute of physical Education as an example, the application of this system was studied. Because the self-improvement of college students can not be completed overnight, the experiment of this system is long-term. Through a semester of students' cognitive ability, experience ability and control ability three aspects of experimental research, the control group, according to the past traditional teaching methods for teaching. The experimental group was monitored by the index of self-education ability evaluation system. According to the index of self-education ability evaluation system, the research results are obtained. Finally, the statistical analysis is carried out by spss, and the rationality of the index is verified by T-test. Finally, the work is finished in the third level, and the two indexes of self-study and attendance are deleted from the system because there is no difference in the morning and evening, and the evaluation system of college students' self-education ability in Liaoning Province is constructed. Conclusion: the evaluation system of self-education ability of college students in Liaoning Province is constructed, and the index weight of evaluation system of self-education ability of college students in Liaoning Province is determined. The rationality of the evaluation system of college students' self-education ability in Liaoning Province is verified by experiments. Suggestion 1. Carry out practical implementation and monitoring of evaluation system of college students' self-education ability in Liaoning Province. Innovate the content of evaluation system of college students' self-education ability, arouse students' enthusiasm of self-education. Pay attention to the effectiveness of the evaluation system of college students' self-education ability and give play to the students' own advantages.
