大学生社会责任感测度评价及提升策略研究

【摘要】:近年来,党和国家高度重视学生社会责任感的培养,2010年国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要将“着力提高学生服务国家服务人民的社会责任感”列入素质教育的战略主题,党的十八大和十八届三中全会对“培养学生社会责任感”分别进行了强调。但是,开展大学生社会责任教育,首先需要对大学生社会责任感客观全面的测度评价,才能提出行之有效的提升策略,而国内对大学生社会责任感的测度评价往往范围较小,侧重点各不相同,与之对应的提升策略也就不同,制约着大学生社会责任教育的有效开展。对大学生社会责任感进行测度是可能,也是必要的。从大学生社会责任感形成机理角度出发,对大学生社会责任感进行测度评价,并进行问卷的完善和信度效度检验,形成正式问卷,面向全国范围进行发放和回收。调查结果显示,大学生社会责任认知较弱,大学生社会责任感在性别、年级和学科方面存在差异。通过对大学生社会责任感存在问题的分析,可以从三个方面着手,对大学生社会责任感进行提升。首先,增强大学生社会责任认知,从个人、学校、社会三个方面采取措施。其次,社会责任教育要兼顾性别、年级、学科差异。最后,社会责任教育要齐抓共管协同进行。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the Party and the state have attached great importance to the cultivation of students' social responsibility. In 2010, the outline of the national medium- and long-term education reform and development plan included "focusing on improving the social responsibility of students serving the country and serving the people" as the strategic theme of quality education. The 18 th Party Congress and the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee emphasized the cultivation of students' sense of social responsibility. However, in order to carry out the education of college students' social responsibility, it is necessary to evaluate the college students' social responsibility objectively and comprehensively, so as to put forward effective promotion strategies. However, the domestic evaluation of college students' social responsibility often has a relatively small scope. The emphasis is different, and the corresponding promotion strategies are different, which restricts the effective development of social responsibility education for college students. It is possible and necessary to measure the sense of social responsibility of college students. From the perspective of the formation mechanism of college students' social responsibility, this paper measures and evaluates the social responsibility of college students, and carries on the perfection and reliability validity test of the questionnaire, forms the formal questionnaire, and distributes and reclaims it for the whole country. The results show that the cognition of social responsibility of college students is weak, and the social responsibility of college students is different in gender, grade and subject. Through the analysis of the existing problems of college students' social responsibility, we can start from three aspects to promote the college students' social responsibility. First of all, strengthen college students' social responsibility cognition, take measures from three aspects: individual, school and society. Secondly, social responsibility education should take into account gender, grade, discipline differences. Finally, social responsibility education should be carried out together.
